| psychocardiacology is an important branch of psychosomatic medicine.It mainly studies the deep relationship between psychological disease and heart disease,including the relationship between emotion and cardiovascular system.In recent years,Chinese medicine has carried out a certain amount of clinical practice and theoretical interpretation in the field of psychocardical medicine.At present,traditional Chinese medicine has several understandings on the pathogenesis of bicentric disease,such as disharmony between Ying and Wei,liver loss and catharsis,and mutual damage of five zang organs.Based on the theory of "integration of body and spirit" in traditional Chinese medicine,as well as the theory of "heart governing blood vessels" and "heart storing spirit",the so-called " psychocardical " is originally a whole,and TCM has been practicing the " psychocardical " treatment.In recent years,Chinese medicine has carried out a certain amount of clinical practice and theoretical interpretation in the field of dual heart medicine.At present,the pathogenesis of dual heart disease mainly includes the disharmony between Ying and Wei,liver loss and catharsis,and mutual damage of the five zang organs.The treatment is mainly based on syndrome differentiation of Zang Fu organs,however,lacking in-depth and systematic theoretical system construction.In this study,through the study of classical prescriptions in Treatise on Febrile and miscellaneous diseases related to the psychocardical disease,to explore ideas for the use of classical prescriptions in the treatment of psychocardical diseases,and to provide useful reference for clinical prevention,diagnosis and treatment of such diseases.The first part of this study discusses the connotation of psychocardical disease and the understanding of the relationship between heart and mind in TCM.The second part of the psychocardical disease in the Treatise on febrile miscellaneous diseases related diseases to sort out the heart disease associated with cardiothoracic disease related syndromes,analysis of its syndrome law and pathogenesis characteristics.The third part is research on the prescriptions for psychocardical disease based on the original text in Treatise on Febrile and miscellaneous diseases.The fourth part is about the modern application of the psychocardical disease related prescription and syndrome research,through the literature search classical prescription treatment of psychocardical heart disease,common cardiovascular disease and mental and psychological disease of clinical research literature,from which to screen out the potential effective prescription for the treatment of bicentric disease.In the discussion part,the pathogenesis and treatment rules of bicardiac disease are summarized and refined.The conclusions of this study are as follows: 1.The related syndromes of psychocardical disease in Treatise on febrile diseases are as follows: stuffy in the chest,upset;full in the chest,silent and upset;full in the chest,delirium;palpitation;upset,palpitation;be frightened,palpitation;heartache,vexation;chest pain,sigh often.2.Based on the original prescription,the syndrome related to the dual heart disease includes: Guizhi Gancao Decoction syndrome,zhizichi Chi Decoction syndrome,Xiaochaihu Decoction syndrome,Chaihu plus Longgu oyster Decoction syndrome,Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction syndrome,Xiaojianzhong Decoction syndrome,Zhigancao Decoction syndrome,Sinisan syndrome.The syndrome related to the modern application of psychocardical disease include:Guizhi Decoction syndrome,Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction syndrome,Danggui Sini Decoction syndrome,Guizhi licorice Longgu oyster Decoction syndrome,Guizhi plus Longgu oyster Decoction syndrome,Dachaihu Decoction syndrome,Chaihu Guizhi Decoction syndrome,Renshen Decoction / Lizhong pill syndrome,Sini Decoction syndrome,Zhenwu Decoction syndrome,Banxia Xiexin Decoction syndrome,Banxia Houpu Decoction syndrome,Huanglian Ejiao Decoction syndrome,Wumei Pill syndrome,etc Guizhi Fuling pill syndrome.3.Psychocardical disease is the reflection of the disorder of Qi and blood function of human viscera in the two aspects of "heart governing blood vessels" and "heart storing spirit".The pathogenesis is in line with the law of from the surface to the inside and from the shallow to the deep.The pathogenesis can be summarized into four categories:(1)Disharmony of ying and wei,Impaired heart Qi;(2)the unfavourable axis leads to qi stagnation in the heart and mind;(3)due to the disease of the meridians,the heart suffers evil;(4)phlegm and blood stasis block the way of the blood and the mind.4.In terms of therapeutic methods,at the initial stage of bicentric disease,we should pay attention to the coordination of Ying and Wei in the initial stage;in the development stage,we should pay attention to relieving depression and dispersing Qi and taking care of the middle energizer;in the deep stage,we should pay attention to supporting the true Yang and communicating the heart and kidney;on the other hand,we should strengthen the body and expel pathogenic factors,promote water,activate blood circulation,and dissipate phlegm to restore the patency of the channels and channels.The innovation of this study is reflected in the following aspects: firstly,systematically combed the related diseases,prescriptions and syndromes of psychocardical disease in Treatise on Febrile Diseases and miscellaneous diseases,and clarified the syndrome characteristics and treatment rules.It is the first time to systematically explore the potential effective prescriptions of Shanghan Zabing Lun in modern clinical practice for the treatment of psychocardical disease,which opens up a new way of thinking for the application of classical prescriptions to treat this disease.Based on Treatise on Febrile and miscellaneous diseases,the research on TCM pathogenesis evolution in the development process of psychocardical disease provides useful reference for clinical prevention,diagnosis and treatment of such diseases. |
