objective1 To explore the effect of training behavior intervention of neck and shoulder pain prevention and treatment based on planning behavior model on training compliance.2 To explore the effect of the intervention of nurses' neck and shoulder pain prevention and treatment behavior based on the planned behavior model on the improvement of nurses'neck and shoulder function.3 To explore the effect of the intervention of nurses' neck and shoulder pain prevention and treatment behavior on the self-protection knowledge and behavior of nurses with occupational musculoskeletal injury based on the planned behavior model.MethodTwo female nurses with neck and shoulder pain were selected from March 2017 to September 2017 in a third Class A Hospital in some Province.108 female nurses with functional neck and shoulder pain were selected by using chronic neck and shoulder pain diagnostic criteria. The patients were randomly divided into two groups using SPSS21.0 software. There were 54 cases in the control group and 54 cases in the intervention group. Before intervention, the nurses' occupational musculoskeletal injury was measured with the questionnaire of musculoskeletal symptom analysis, and the pain degree of the nurses with neck and shoulder pain was measured by visual analogue score of pain. The self-protection status of nurses with occupational musculoskeletal injury was measured by using the self-protection status scale of nurses' musculoskeletal injury. The control group was given three health education lectures on neck and shoulder pain and musculoskeletal injury, exercise therapy and exercise dose of neck and shoulder pain, recognition and protection of dangerous movement of neck and shoulder pain. The three lectures were taught by clinical rehabilitation experts. After the third lecture, rehabilitation therapists selected 2 nurses to demonstrate the prevention and treatment of neck and shoulder pain. The intervention group designed a behavioral intervention program for the prevention and treatment of neck and shoulder pain under the guidance of planning behavior theory model. The whole intervention period was 12 weeks.Including 4 weeks of learning activities and 8 weeks of behavior management and practice period. At the end of the intervention, the nurses' occupational musculoskeletal injuries were measured with the musculoskeletal symptom analysis questionnaire, and the number of patients with neck and shoulder pain and the curative effect were determined by the diagnostic criteria of chronic neck and shoulder pain. The degree of neck and shoulder pain of nurses after intervention was measured by VAS,and the OMSI self-protection status of nurses after intervention was measured by using the self-protection status scale of nurses'musculoskeletal injury.Result1 comparing the general data of the two groups of nurses(age, education, professional title, length of service),the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.5),which was comparable.2 Compared with the nurses in the intervention group and the control group, the training compliance of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(Z=6.719,P<0.05)3 Comparison of neck and shoulder function between intervention group and control group after neck and shoulder pain prevention and treatment training:? After intervention, the number of nurses with neck and shoulder pain in the intervention group was less than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(X2=7.187,P<0.05);Comparison within the group showed that there were significant differences in the number of patients with post-neck and shoulder pain before intervention between the two groups(X2control=7.538,P<0.05;X2intervention=23.457,P<0.05);?There was no significant difference in the degree of neck and shoulder pain between the two groups before intervention(P>0.5),but the degree of neck and shoulder pain in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group after intervention, and the difference was statistically significant(Z=3.584,P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the degree of posterior neck and shoulder pain between the control group and the control group before intervention(P>0.5).The degree of neck and shoulder pain in the intervention group was lighter than that before the intervention, and the difference was statistically significant(Z=3.356,P<0.05);After intervention, the effect of neck and shoulder pain in the intervention group was better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(Z=6.331,P<0.05);?Before intervention, there was no significant difference in neck and shoulder musculoskeletal injuries between the two groups of nurses(P>0.5).After intervention, the OMSI of neck and shoulder in intervention group was less than that in control group, the difference was statistically significant(X2neck=17.068,P<0.05);X2shoulder=4.324,P<0.05),There was no significant difference in OMSI between the two groups before and after intervention(P>0.5).The OMSI in the intervention group was lighter than that before the intervention, and the difference was statistically significant(X2neck=19.841,P<0.05;X2shoulder=13.306,P<0.05).4 Comparison of the knowledge and behavior of occupational musculoskeletal injury between the intervention group and the control group:before intervention, the nurses'knowledge and behavior of occupational musculoskeletal injury were scored. There was no significant difference between the two groups(Z=0.357,P>0.05),the nurses' knowledge and behavior of occupational musculoskeletal injury in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(Z=3.012,p<0.05).conclusion 1 the intervention of nurses' neck and shoulder pain prevention and treatment behavior based on planning behavior model can improve nurses' training compliance.2 the intervention of nurses' neck and shoulder pain prevention and treatment behavior based on planning behavior model can improve the function of the neck and shoulder of the nurse.3 Behavioral intervention based on planning behavior theory to improve nurses'knowledge and behavior effect of occupational musculoskeletal injury was better than routine health education.
