Curative Effect Observation On ZhiKe GanCao Decoction To Add And Subtract In The Treatment Of Residual Lumbar And Leg Pain After Surgery For Lumbar Disc Herniation

Objective:This study divided the residual lumbar and leg pain after surgery for lumbar disc herniation patients into two groups,comparing to confirm the curative effect of ZhiKe GanCao decoction to add and subtract in the treatment of residual lumbar and leg pain after surgery for lumbar disc herniation,highlighting the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine compared to western medicine,and reducing the patients’ postoperative pain,promoting the patients’ postoperative rehabilitation,reducing the medical cost,promoting the harmonious doctor-patient relationship and reducing or preventing intervertebral foramen mirror postoperative untoward effects to provide a solid theoretical basis.Methods:This study chooses the patients of residual lumbar and leg pain after surgery for lumbar disc herniation in Suzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine hospital during april 2015 to june 2017 that accepting under local anesthesia percutaneous intervertebral foramen microscopically discectomy with excision of 60 cases,all in postoperative patients with routine nursing care,such as trophic nerve,rehydration treatment,and then divided the 60 patients of residual lumbar and leg pain into two groups randomly,a group of 30 patients with lumbar disc herniation treated with ZhiKe GanCao decoction after operation,a group of 30 patients with lumbar disc herniation treated with celebrex after operation.In the traditional Chinese medicine group,17 males and 13 females were aged between 19 and 70 years,with an average age of 45.4 years.In the western medicine group,18 male patients and 12 female patients are aged between 23 and 70 years,with an average age of 40.4 years.Using the Japanese orthopaedic association(JOA)low back pain score standard and the American society of lumbar spine dysfunction index(ODI)to evaluate the functional improvement of patients with 2 weeks,3 months,6 months after operation,and then collect these data for statistical analysis,and then compare the efficacy.Results:All patients are followed up for 6 months,making statistics of the JOA score and ODI index of postoperative follow-up after 2 weeks,3 months,and 6 months,compared between groups,respectively,through independent sample t-test that:Comparison of JOA scores in 2 weeks,3 months and 6 months after surgery,the p values<0.05,there is a significant difference.And from the rate of improvement,2 weeks after surgery,the western medicine group is better than the traditional Chinese medicine group.3 months and 6 months after surgery,Chinese medicine group is better than western medicine group.Two groups of ODI indexes are compared in 2 weeks,3 months and 6 months after surgery,the p value of 2 weeks after surgery is>0.05,there is no significant difference between the two groups;P values are<0.05 for 3 months and 6 months after surgery,there are significant differences,the difference is statistically significant.Conclusion:The curative effect of ZhiKe GanCao decoction to add and subtract in the treatment of residual lumbar and leg pain after surgery for lumbar disc herniation is exactly,compared to celebrex,the medium and long term function improvement is better,a lower incidence of adverse reactions,clinical curative effect is better.
