| Purpose:To predict the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine combined with percutaneous endoscopic lumbar discectomy in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation by analyzing the clinical efficacy of the treating of different Pfirrmann gradein patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods:60 cases who had been treated by Suzhou traditional Chinese medicine hospital from June 2014 to December 2016 are selected by this study.they are evenly divided into 3 groups Refering to the Pfirrmann grading. That is group Pfirrmann Ⅱ、group PfirrmannⅢ and group PfirrmannⅣ.Each group is treat with percutaneous endoscopic lumbar discectomy, and they also take the traditional Chinese medicine ZhiKe GanCao decoction. All the patients are given the decoction From 1 week before surgery to 2 weeks after surgery. The surgical is procedured in strict accordance with the norms of operation and the patients are given anti-inflammatory and dehydration treatment. The indicators are record strictly following the treatment points. The indicator we used is the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)and the Oswestry Disability Index(ODI).Results:The postoperate VAS and the postoperate ODI records are significantly lower than preoperative ones. The data of group Pfirrmann Ⅱ and the data of group PfirrmannⅢ have no significant difference,no mater VAS records than ODI records. The VAS records and the ODI records of the 60 patients are the same among the postoperate day 7、the postoperate month 1 and the postoperate month 3.The VAS records of postoperate day 7 between group PfirrmannⅢ and group PfirramnnIV do not have siginificant difference. In addition to this, neither the rest VAS records nor the ODI records from each time point are siginificantly different. Conclusions:Totally, the percutaneous endoscopic lumbar discectomy has great clinic effects. But the clinic effects of group PfirramnnIV is less effectly than group Pfirrmann Ⅱand group Pfirrmann Ⅲ.The Pfirrmann grading could be used to predict the clinic effectsc of the treatment of percutaneous endoscopic lumbar discectomy. The patients who are greaded with PfirramnnⅣ shoule be advised to accept the treatment surgery. |
