Clinical Observation Of Fuzheng Combined With Duhuojijie Decoction In The Treatment Of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation (cold-damp Syndrome)

Objective: To explore the clinical effect of Duhuojisheng decoction combined with floating needle in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation(cold-dampness type),so as to provide a safe and effective treatment plan for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation in traditional Chinese medicine,and better serve the clinical.Methods: From October 2018 to December 2019,60 Patients with lumbar disc herniation(cold-dampness type)who meet the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria were selected from the three departments of bone in Hunan Provincial Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine.According to the time sequence of treatment,they were divided into two groups by random number table method,30 cases in each group.The control group was given Duhuojisheng decoction orally,and the experimental group was added on the basis of the control group Floating needle therapy: 7 days,1course,2 courses in a row.During the period of treatment,both groups were instructed by doctors to take bed rest as the main method,and were given traction therapy,the same functional exercise and rehabilitation guidance,recorded the basic information of the patients,VAS score,ODI score and Traditional chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score of each group before and after treatment and one month after treatment.The clinical efficacy and efficiency after treatment were analyzed by the relevant statistical methods.Results:1.There was no statistical difference in sex,age and course of diseasebetween the two groups before treatment(P> 0.05).2.There was no significant difference in VAS score,ODIscore and TCMsyndrome score between the two groups before treatment(P> 0.05).3.After treatment,one month follow-up and before treatment,the scores ofVAS,ODIand TCM Syndrome of the two groups were significantly lowerthan before treatment(P<0.05).4.The comparison of VAS and ODIscores between the two groups aftertreatment and 1 month follow-up showed that there was significantdifference between the two groups at different time points(P < 0.05).There was significant difference in Tcm Syndrome score between twogroups after treatment(P<0.05),and there was no significant differencebetween two groups after one month follow-up(P>0.05).5.Aftertreatment,the effective rates of the two groups were 83.3% and 90.0%respectively.The effective rates of the two groups were higher than thoseof the two groups.There was no significant difference between the twogroups(P>0.05).5.The total effective rate of the traditional Chinese medicine group and thecombination of traditional Chinese medicine and floating needle groupwas 83.3% and 90.0%,respectively.The effective rate of the combinationof traditional Chinese medicine and floating needle group was higherthan that of the traditional Chinese medicine group.There was nostatistical difference between the two groups(P> 0.05).Conclusion:1.Traditional Chinese medicine combined with floating needle treatmentand traditional Chinese medicine treatment have a certain effect onlumbar disc herniation(cold and wet type),can reduce the VAS score,ODI score,TCM syndrome score,improve the symptoms of patients;2.The traditional Chinese medicine combined with floating needle group issuperior to the traditional Chinese Medicine Group in the treatment ofLumbar intervertebral disc protrusion(cold and damp type).3.The complementary mechanism between Duhuo Jisheng decoction andfloating needle is worth further study.
