Observation On The Clinical Efficacy Of Yikun Decoction In Treating The Hot Flushes Of Menopausal Syndrome And Study On The Mechanism Of Vascular Endothelial Function

Objective:Through the analysis of the clinical effect of Yikun decoction on yin deficiency and fire excess type of menopausal syndrome patients with hot flushes,and by monitoring content change of blood serum estradiol(E2),follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)and flow mediate dilation(FMD),to explore the correlation between vascular endothelial function and the symptom of hot flushes and discuss the mechanism of Yikun decoction to improve the symptom of hot flushes.Methods:The clinical study used randomly parallel control test method,collected from December 2016 to December 2017 in Nanjing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine gynecological clinic/hospital seeking medical treatment to meet the diagnostic criteria of 65 cases,randomly assigned to the treatment group(Yikun decoction)and the control group(Kuntai capsule),among them,treatment group of 33 cases,in the process of treatment,the treatment group falled off in 2 case,.The final count for the treatment group was 31;the control group of 32 cases,falled off in 3 cases,the final count for the control group was 29.After treatment in twelve weeks,observing the changes of comprehensive therapeutic effect,hot flushes score,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndromes score,improved Kupperman perimenopausal symptoms rating scale scores,sex hormone levels(E2,FSH)and vascular endothelial function(FMD)of two groups before and after treatment.Results:Before treatment,the age,the course of disease,the hot flushes score,the traditional Chinese medicine syndromes score,the improved Kupperman perimenopausal symptoms rating scale scores,the sex hormone levels and the vascular endothelial function between the two groups were regarded any statistical difference.1.The total clinical effective rate comparison:the treatment group was 93.5%,the control group was 72.4%,and the two groups were different(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group was significantly more effective than the control group.2.Hot flushes scores comparison:the symptoms of hot flashes in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.01).Compared with the control group,the treatment group showed significant statistical significance(P<0.01).Yikun decoction can effectively alleviate the symptoms of hot fllushes patients,reduce hot flushes score,the effect was superior to the control group.3.Syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine comparison:the two groups of TCM syndromes showed a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01),and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.01).Yikun decoction can better improve the TCM symptoms associated with these patients.4.Kupperman scale national clinical symptom scores comparison:the clinical symptom scores of the two groups were lower than that before treatment(P<0.01),but between the two groups showed significant difference(P<0.05).5.Sex hormone levels comparison:the serum E2 levels in the two groups were improved after treatment,and the difference was significant(P<0.01),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups of serum FSH levels before and after treatment(P<0.01),and there was a difference between the two groups(P<0.01).6.Flow mediate dilation(FMD)levels comparison:after treatment,the FMD level of the two groups was improved,treatment group before and after treatment with significant difference(P<0.01),the control group before and after treatment comparison differences statistically significant(P<0.05),and the difference between the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.01).7.Safety judgment:no clinical adverse reactions occurred during the treatmen in treatment group,suggesting that the clinical treatment of Yikun decoction is safe.Conclusion:Yikun decoction can significantly reduce the degree of hot flushes of menopause syndrome patients,improve the sex hormone levels these patients,increase the level of vascular FMD.Based on the correlation between vascular endothelial function and the symptoms of hot flushes,it is speculated that Yikun decoction can relieve the symptoms of hot flushes by improving vascular endothelial function.
