Objective:To observe the influence of the average 24 hours hot flash integration and blood serum estrogen/luteinizing hormone/follicle-stimulating hormone of the two groups before and after treatment in perimenopausal hot flash due to yin-deficiency and fire-excess,to discuss the mechanism and the clinical curative effect in the treatment of acupunetur,to provide a scientific strategy in choosing the best clinical treatment of menopausal hot flash due to yin-deficiency and fire-excess.Methods:The research used randomly parallel control test method.A total of 62 patients were randomly divided into two groups,with each having 31 Patients in every group,in the process of treatment,the control group falled off in 2 cases.The final count for the control group was 29.Treatment group was given qing xin zi shen decoction with acupuncture therapy,the control group was only given qing xin zi shen decoction.After treatment in eight weeks,observing the comprehensive efficacy,the average 24 hours hot flash integration,sex hormone levels and syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine of two groups before and after treatment,and in the follow-up after 20 weeks of treatment.Results:Before treatment,the age,the course of disease,the average 24 hours hot flash integration,sex hormone levels and syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine between the two groups were regarded any statistical difference.1.Treatment group total effective rate was 80.65%, the control group was 65.52%.Curative effect between the two groups had significant difference(P<0.05).Treatment group’s curative effect was better than the control group.2.The two groups after treatment of the average 24 hours hot flash integration were significantly lower,comparing with before treatment,the integration declined significantly(P<0.01).Treatment group’s was superior to the control group(P<0.05).3.Blood serum estrogen in two groups was higher than before the treatment(P<0.01),but there’s no obvious difference between the two groups after treatment.4..Blood serum luteinizing hormone and follicle-stimulating hormone in two groups were lower than before the treatment(P<0.01),there’s obvious difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).5.The two groups after treatment of the syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine were significantly lower,comparing with before treatment,the syndromes declined significantly (P<0.01). Treatment group decreased more than the control group(P<0.05).The treatment group in improving the soreness and weakness of waist and knees,dry mouth, constipation, feverishness in palms and soles symptoms were obviously better than pure Chinese medicine group(P<0.05).6.Following-up visiting after 3 month,acupuncture combining with traditional Chinese medicine group’s average 24 hours hot flash integration was still lower than pure Chinese medicine group.7.Following-up visiting after 3 month,acupuncture combining with traditional Chinese medicine group’s luteinizing hormone and follicle-stimulating hormone were still lower than pure Chinese medicine group.Conclusion:acupuncture combining with traditional Chinese medicine group is better than pure Chinese medicine group.It’s clinical curative effect maintains a long time.Particularly improving the soreness and weakness of waist and knees,dry mouth, constipation, feverishness in palms and soles symptoms.Therefore,it is evident that acupuncture can improve the hot flash menopausal patient.
