Study On The Correlation Between Professional Values Of Practice Nursing Students And Clinical Learning Environment

Objective:To investigate the current status of professional values and clinical learning environment of nursing students,explore the influencing factors,and analyze the relationship between the two.According to the results of the study,a targeted strategy was proposed to provide reference for improving the clinical learning environment,enhancing the professional values of nurse students and stabilizing the nursing team.Methods:A stratified cluster sampling method was used to investigate 615 internship nursing students from three provincial hospitals in Nanchang,Jiangxi province.The questionnaire includes the general information questionnaire,the nursing professional values scale and the clinical learning environment assessment scale.Using Excel 2016 to build database,use SPSS19.0 software to analyze and process data.Results:(1)The total score of nursing students' professional values was(98.28±14.89)scores,and the items were equally divided into(3.78 ±0.57).All dimensions were divided from high to low to provide care(4.03±0.63),professional characteristics(3.78±0.66),trust(3.54±0.64)and activism(3.43±0.73).The total score of clinical learning environment assessment was(158.15±22.62),and the items were divided into(3.77 ± 0.54)points.The six dimensions were evenly divided from high to low,respectively,for task positioning(3.90±0.57),interpersonal relationship(3.86±0.64),working atmosphere and team spirit(3.82 ±0.60),innovation(3.82±0.63),student participation(3.68±0.64)and personalization(3.52±0.76).(2)Single factor analysis,the "Gender,political appearance,educational background,whether as class cadres,relationship with parents,choice of nursing Professional mode,practice time,internship departments,career intention" of different nursing students professional values difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05);There were statistically significant differences in the evaluation of clinical learning environment of nursing students with different "gender,relationship with parents,choice of nursing professional mode,internship department and career choice intention"(P<0.05).(3)the results of Pearson correlation analysis showed that the professional values of the internship nursing students were positively correlated with the total scores and the dimensions of the clinical learning environment(P<0.01).(4)stratified regression analysis of the influencing factors of the professional values of nursing students.The factors that entered the equation included gender,political status,educational background,working practice,working atmosphere,team spirit and interpersonal relationship,together interpreting the 25.9% variation in dependent variables(P <0.001).Conclusion:(1)The general situation of professional values of intern nurses is neutral and positive.Gender,political status,education,whether as a class cadre,relationship with parents,choice of nursing professional method,internship time,practice department,career intention and other individual characteristics are different,and there are differences in nursing professional values.Gender,political outlook,academic qualifications,internships,interpersonal relationships,working atmosphere and team spirit are the influencing factors of professional values of nursing students.(2)nursing students are more satisfied with the clinical learning environment.There are differences in gender,relationship with parents,choice of nursing professional mode,internship department and career intentions,and their clinical learning environment evaluation is also different.(3)There is a positive correlation between professional values and clinical learning environment of intern nurses.The clinical learning environment evaluation has a positive predictive effect on nursing professional values,and improving the clinical learning environment helps to enhance the professional values of nursing students.
