Clinical Study Of Sangyi Decoction In Treating Neurogenic Frequency Of Micturition In Children(Kidney Deficiency Type)for 30 Cases

Purpose:To children with Neurogenic frequency of Micturition(kidney deficiency type)clinical study,under the guidance of Chinese medicine theory,combined with the pathological and physiological characteristics of children,the use of Sangyi Decoction Treatment of children with neurogenic urination(kidney deficiency type),and to observe the effect and reveal its mechanism,confirm its effectiveness,in order to provide a more effective treatment approach for pediatric patients.Method: 30 patients included in the standard of children with Neurogenic frequency of Micturition(kidney deficiency type)study on clinical observation of children,take self-contrast method,in order to invigorate kidney qi,Gujing shrink urine for the treatment of the principle,give Sangyi Decoction(sangpiaoxiao,fructus alpiniae oxyphyllae,yam,radix curcumae,Shichangpu,Bixie)oral.7 days for 1 courses,the general observation of 3 courses,to observe the effect of follow-up after drug withdrawal.Result: Through the 30 cases of children with Neurogenic frequency of Micturition(kidney deficiency type)clinical study cases,20 cases were cured,8 cases improved,2 cases were invalid.The total effective rate was 93.33%,and no obvious adverse reaction.Conclusion: Using SangYi soup treating children with Neurogenic frequency of Micturition(kidney deficiency type)in clinical is effective,and no adverse reaction,for children with Neurogenic frequency of Micturition(kidney deficiency type)provides a new effective treatment for clinical treatment.
