| Objective: Through to observe the effect of Qiluo Tongguan Decoction on diabetic neurogenic bladder patients before and after treatment of Fasting Plasma Glucose,2 h postprandial blood Glucose,saccharification serum albumin,bladder residual urine volume and TCM symptoms change,and the security of stilbene collaterals customs clearance drink,to prove its effectiveness and to find a suitable new method on Chinese and Western medicine for the treatment of diabetic neurogenic bladder.Methods: A total of 60 DNB patients who met the inclusion criteria in the outpatient and inpatient departments of Shijiazhuang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group and treatment group,each group has 30 patients,for 6 weeks treatment.During the treatment,both groups received diabetic diet and exercise guidance and treatment,and applied hypoglycemic drugs or insulin therapy to make their blood glucose reach the test standard.The control group was supplemented with 0.5mg mecobalamin(Mikebao),a basic medicine of western medicine,orally,three times a day,on the basis of the basic treatment.The treatment group was supplemented with Qiluo Tongguan Decoction,water decocted,1 dose a day,warm in the morning and evening.Fasting plasma glucose,2h postprandial blood glucose,glycated serum albumin,bladder residual urine volume and TCM syndrome scores in both groups before and after treatment were statistically analyzed by IBM SPSS25.0.At the same time,the patient safety indexes and the improvement of clinical symptoms were monitored and recorded,so as to determine the therapeutic effect and safety of Qiluo Tongguan Decoction.Results:(1)Comparison of laboratory indicators of patients in the two groups showed that after treatment,which has statistical significance(P<0.05).(2)Comparison of bladder residual urine,there were statistically significant differences after treatment between the two groups(P <0.05),which has statistically significance(P <0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 87% and the total effective rate of the control group was47%.(3)Comparison of TCM symptom scores in two groups showed that after treatment,which has statistical significance(P <0.05).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05).Comparing single symptom integral,the two groups after treatment in patients with a single symptom integral(urinary frequency,urgency,urine weakness,urinary incontinence,languid,dry mouth,drink more,lumbar debility,night to urinate)was reduced,which is statistically significant(P <0.05),The difference between the two groups was statisticant(P <0.05).(4)The comparison of TCM syndrome efficacy between the two groups showed statistical significance in the total scores of TCM syndrome before and after treatment(P <0.05).After treatment,the comparison between the control group and the treatment group shows statistical significance(P <0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 87%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 50%.(5)Safety analysis: Before and after treatment,there were no adverse reactions in patients of the two groups,There were no obvious abnormalities in liver function,kidney function,ECG and urinary tract color ultrasound,indicating that both treatment methods have good security.Conclusion:(1)Both groups of treatment could reduce residual urine volume of the bladder,and the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.(2)Both groups can improve the total quantitative scores of TCM symptoms,and the therapeutic effect of treatment group is better than that of control group;(3)Both groups could decrease FPG,2hPG and GA,and the effect of treatment group was better than control group.(4)No serious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups,and the liver and kidney functions were not abnormal,indicating that Qiluo Tongguan Decoction was safe in clinical treatment. |
