| Objective: In this study, the data of 300 patients with metabolic syndrome were collected and analyzed.According to the results of data analysis to explore the distribution and evolution of TCM Syndromes of metabolic syndrome, and to investigate the correlation between the relevant factors and TCM syndromes. To provide basis for the TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment of metabolic syndrome. Methods: By completing the "MS patients TCM clinical questionnaire" which had formulated by the research group,to collect the data of 300 MS cases. This information includes general information, medical history, diagnostic information and related components of the index etc.Establish a database using Excel, statistical analysis was performed using SPSS23.0 statistical software.By using the methods of frequency analysis and cluster analysis, the characteristics of TCM syndromes and the evolution of metabolic syndrome were analyzed. Results: Based on the cluster analysis of 36 diagnostic indicators selected, expert opinion, summarize 4 clinical syndromes such as phlegm accumulating with stagnant blood syndrome, heat stagnation in liver and stomach syndrome, spleen dampness syndrome and deficiency of both qi and yin syndrome; In these four syndromes, phlegm accumulating with stagnant blood syndrome with the highest proportion,34.7%;the age distribution of syndrome: the age group of 20~40 in liver and stomach syndrome of stagnated heat of the majority, followed by phlegm accumulating with stagnant blood syndrome;at the age of 41~65 years, phlegm accumulating with stagnant blood syndrome were the most common, and spleen dampness syndrome were the second;the elderly over the age of 65 to deficiency of both qi and yin syndrome at most;At TG and LDL-C,phlegm accumulating with stagnant blood syndrome is significantly higher than spleen dampness syndrome, deficiency of both qi and yin syndrome and heat stagnation in liver and stomach.Such comparisons were statistically significant(P<0.05).At HDL-C,phlegm accumulating with stagnant blood syndrome is significantly lower than spleen dampness syndrome, deficiency of both qi and yin syndrome and heat stagnation in liver and stomach.Such comparisons were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: The patients with metabolic syndrome has four kinds: the distribution of TCM Syndromes of phlegm accumulating with stagnant blood syndrome, heat stagnation in liver and stomach syndrome, spleen dampness syndrome and deficiency of both qi and yin syndrome. In the four syndromes, phlegm accumulating with stagnant blood syndrome accounts for the the highest proportion of MS.Early stage of heat stagnation in liver and stomach syndrome and phlegm accumulating with stagnant blood syndrome, with the increase of age,the late deficiency of both qi and yin syndrome and spleen dampness syndrome increases gradually;the MS distribution of TCM syndromes and blood lipid have certain relevance, blood lipids can be used as one of the micro index MS differentiation, there is a certain reference in the process of value of clinical syndrome in the treatment of metabolic syndrome. |
