Cluster Analysis Was Used To Study The Distribution Of TCM Syndromes And Syndrome Types In Patients With Premature Ovarian Insufficiency

Objective:In order to conduct a preliminary study on the di stribution of TCM syndromes and syndrome types in patients with premature ovarian insufficiency(POI)by cluster analysis,explo re their regularity,summarize TCM syndromes,and provide methods for the treatment of POI.Methods:According to the research purpose design "POI patie-nt gneral conditions questionnaire","traditional Chinese med icine syndrome and syndrome elementssur questionnaire",with t he method of clinical questionnaire surveys,combined with the TCM syndrome element differentiation theory,to conform to the inclusion criteria of POI patients general condition investigat ion and TCM syndrome element differentiation,will the results t hrough the EXCEL software to establish the original database,i mport the SPSS 25.0 software for data analysis.Results1.The main distribution law of disease location syndrome el-ements in POI patients is as follows:womb>kidney>liver>spleen>mind,of which womb and kidney are the main ones.2.The main distribution law of the nature of disease syndro me elments in POI patients is as follows:blood-insufficiency>blood stasis=Yang deficiency>qi deficiency>qi stagnation>Yin deficiency>cold>pure loss,in which blood-insufficie ncy is the main factor,with a proportion of 51.20%,blood stasis and Yang deficiency are the next.3.Syndrome element inclusions are common in POI patients.Exc ept the womb syndrome element,the highest frequency syndrome e lement inclusions are kidney-liver,qi-blood stasis and kidney-b lood deficiency,respectively.4.After cluster analysis of syndromes,the results of syndr ome types of four POI patients were obtained:liver and kidney Y in blood defici ency syndrome,liver stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,and sple en Yang qi deficiency syndrome.5.Based on the study of general conditions,it can be conclu ded that the prevalence of POI increases with age,with the high est incidence at 35 to 39 years old,accounting for 51.20%.The o ccurrence of POI may be related to staying up late,dieting to 1 ose weight,a history of mental trauma,long-term history of seco ndhand smoke,alcoholism,miscarriage,and hair color.Conclus ion:The patients with POI were mainly characterized by the disease position syndrome elements such as womb,kidney,nature of disease syndrome elements such as blood-insufficienc y,blood stasis and Yang deficiency.The results showed that the clinical syndromes of kidney deficiency and blood stasis,liver and kidney Yin blood deficiency,liver stagnation and blood stas is,and spleen Yang qi deficiency were most common in POI patie nts.Bad living habits and miscarriages can cause negative effec ts to ovarian functions.
