Diagnosis Of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis With Anxiety And Depression In The Treatment Of Liver Depression And Spleen Deficiency With Chai Shao Ling Zhi Tang

Objective:The main objective of this project is to study the clinical efficacy and safety of Chai Shao Ling Zhi Tang in the treatment of CAG with anxiety and depression in the liver-depression and spleen-deficiency type,and to propose new strategies and solutions for the treatment of this disease.Methods: Select 60 CAG patients with liver depression and spleen deficiency who fulfilled the inclusion criteria,and randomly divide them into treatment and control groups,30 in each group.Both groups were given the basic treatment of reversing atrophy,intestinal epithelial metaplasia,and heterotypic hyperplasia in TCM,and basic cure plus trazodone hydrochloride-based tablets was given to the control group,while basic cure plus Chai Shao Ling Zhi Tang was given to the curative group.The differences in SAS and SDS scores,herbological clinical syndrome scores,gastroscopies and pathology were com-parisoned between the two groups.Results:1.General efficiency of TCM symptoms: The overall validity rate for the curative group was 89.66%,compared to 68.07% for the effect of the control group.The treatment group was more favorable than the control group in terms of overall improved TCM symptoms.(p<0.01).2.With respect to the improvement of clinical symptoms such as flatulence and filling3.of the stomach,lack of food and numbness,being good at tai chi,the anxiety and depression mood,and unpleasant loose stools,which was superior to the control group in the treatment group(P < 0.05).4.Therapeutic performance of the anxiety and depression status of the two groups: the aggregate effectiveness rate of improvement of anxiety status was 93.75% in the treatment group and 61.11% in the control group;the aggregate effectiveness rate of improvement of depression status was 92.31% in the treatment group and 63.64% in the control group,and the treatment group was better than the control group in improving the anxiety and depression status.5.Gastroscopic and pathological efficacy: The gastroscopic condition of both groups improved,accounting for 89.66% in the treatment group and 62.07% in the control group.By statistical treatment,the gastroscopic efficacy of both groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group,suggesting that Chai Shao Ling Zhi Tang combined with basic treatment was significantly better than the combination of basic treatment with trazodone in the control group in improving the condition of gastric mucosal tissue.The atrophy of gastric mucosa improved in both groups,with an efficiency of 89.66% in the treatment group and 62.07% in the control group;the intestinal epithelial hyperplasia of gastric mucosa improved in both groups,with an efficiency of93.75% in the treatment group and 35.71% in the control group.The heterotypic hyperplasia of gastric mucosa improved in both groups,with an efficiency of 83.33% in the treatment group and 60.00% in the control group.The pathological efficacy of the two groups after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the combination of Chai Shao Ling Zhi Tang with basic treatment was significantly better than the combination of trazodone with basic treatment in the control group in improving gastric mucosal atrophy,intestinal epithelial hyperplasia and heterotypic hyperplasia.6.Recurrence rate: In the treated group,the incidence of reciprocation was 10.34%,7.which was lower than the control group’s recurrence rate of 55.17%.6.Safety evaluation: After observation of the subjects during the combined basic treatment by Chai Shao Ling Zhi Tang,there were no adverse reactions and toxic side effects,and the clinical application was safe and reliable.Conclusion:1.The clinical efficacy of Chai Shao Ling Zhi Tang in treating CAG with anxiety and depression state in liver-depression and spleen-deficiency type is exact,compared with the control group,this dramatically improved the patient’s symptoms,anxiety and depressive state.gastroscopic mucosa and pathological manifestations,and it has obvious advantages in terms of efficiency.2.Chai Shao Ling Zhi Tang can significantly improve clinical symptoms such as gastric fullness,less food and dullness,good breath,anxiety and depression,and loose and irregular stools.3.Chai Shao Ling Zhi Tang for the treatment of CAG with anxiety and depression in the liver-depressed spleen-deficient type with a low recurrence rate.4.No adverse interactions and side effects were identified in the diagnosis and treatment of CAG of liver deficiency and spleen deficiency with the clinical usage of Chai Shao Ling Zhi Tang,which has a satisfactory security profile and deserves further dissemination.
