Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis(Liver Stomach Qi Stagnation Syndrome) Accompanied By Anxiety And Depression With Self Developed Shuwei Formula Combined With Flupenthidomide Melitracin Tablets

Objective:To compare the clinical efficacy of self-prepared Shuwei formula combined with fluptixol melitracen tablets and simple western medicine in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis(liver and stomach qi stagnation syndrome)with anxiety and depression,explore the clinical value and possible mechanism of action of this drug,and provide reference for clinical rational drug use.Methods:A total of 80 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis accompanied by anxiety and depression who were admitted to the elderly Department of Spleen and Stomach of Anhui Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to October 2022 were collected and divided into the treatment group and the control group by random number table method with 40 cases each.The treatment group was given Shuwei prescription combined with flupentixol melitracen tablets,and the control group was given lansoprazole combined with flupentixol melitracen tablets.The treatment course of both groups was 8 weeks.The psychological state,serum gastrin 17(G-17),pepsinogen Ⅰ(PGI),pepsinogen Ⅰ/Ⅱ ratio(PGR),TCM syndrome score,gastroscopy and pathological score of the two groups before and after treatment were recorded on time,and statistically analyzed.Results analysis:1.Overall efficacy of TCM:the total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.11%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 78.95%.The overall therapeutic effect of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).2.TCM syndrome score:After the course of treatment,the syndrome score of the two groups decreased,Z=-5.378,P<0.01,and Z=-4.951,P<0.05.Compared with the two groups,the symptom score of the treatment group was more obvious(P<0.05).3.Effect of gastroscopy:the total effective rate of the treatment group was 78.95%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 60.53%.The effect of gastroscopy in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).4.Pathological scores:atrophy and enterification scores of the two groups after treatment,the rank sum test showed that the treatment was effective in both groups(P<0.05).The post-treatment test of the two groups(P<0.05)indicated that the difference between the two groups was statistically significant,and the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group.There was no significant difference in dysplasia between the two groups(P>0.05).5.Serum G-17,PGI and PGR levels:After treatment,G-17,PGI and PGR were increased in both groups(P<0.05),and the increases in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).6.Anxiety and depression scale scores:After treatment,the scores of anxiety and depression scale in the two groups were lower than before treatment,P<0.05,and after treatment,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).It showed that the treatment group improved anxiety and depression more than the control group.Conclusion:In the treatment of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis of liver-gastric qi stagnation with anxiety and depression,the self-designed Shuwei formula combined with flupentixol melitoxin tablets can effectively regulate the levels of G-17,PGI and PGR,significantly improve the TCM syndromes and psychological states of patients,and significantly improve the gastric mucosa status and pathological scores.Compared with the treatment of Western medicine alone,the overall curative effect of the treatment group is better.The combination of Chinese and western medicine has more advantages and high safety factor.
