| Objective:To discuss the clinical value of contrast-enhanced ultrasonography in the diagnosis of tubal infertility. Methods:Choosed 35 cases(70 fallopian tubes)of tubal source infertility patients were clinical preliminary diagnosisd in our hospital in May 2014-Decemer 2016.Hysterosalpingocontrast sonography(HyCoSy)used the US GE company’s multi color Doppler ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus(model VolusonE9),equipped with a frequency of 5.0-7.5MHz,transvaginal probe, contrast agents used sound novy(SonoVue).X-ray Hysteroslpinogrphy(HSG)used Japan Yoshida Company digital X-ray diagnostic system(model:YS-51),contrast agents used 40%lipiodol.Indicators:(1)Diagnosing the fallopian tube patency by observing the migration of contrast medium in fallopian tubes of the 35 patients.Migrating smoothly means the fallopian tube is unobstructed.(2)Comparing the HyCoSy diagnosing results with HSG diagnosing results and analyzing the consistency of the results. Results:HyCoSy examination:32 fallopian tubes were totally unobstructed,30 tubes were mildly obstructed,8 tubes were seriously obstructed.HSG examination:30 fallopian tubes were totally unobstructed,31 tubes were mildly obstructed,9 tubes were seriously obstructed. There were no statistically significant differences in the results of fallopian tubes patency between the two methods of ultrasonography and X-ray(χ~2=3.0,P>0.05).With HSG as the reference standard,HyCoSy was used to determine the fallopian tube obstruction, this method had ccuracy rate 98.60%,there was statistical significance in Kappa-induced test(Kappa=0.929,P<0.05).Conclusion:1.HyCoSy and HSG examination are highly consistent.2.In assessing tubal patency,HyCoSy is more safe, effective and reproducible than HSG,and can be widely used in clinical screening of tubal infertility. |
