FTR Combine Treating By Different Syndromes Of TCM In The Treatment Of Fallopian Tube Obstruction Infertility: Clinical Therapeutic Effect Observation

Objective:To observe the curative effect of FTR combine treatment by differentiation of syndromes(TDS)of TCM in the Treatment of Fallopian Tube Obstruction Infertility.Methods:From Oct.2005 to Apr.2007,There were 98 admitted patients of fallopian tube obstruction infertility(FTOI)in Gynecology Department and Radiology Department of First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of TCM,They were divided into two groups,46 cases in study group and 52 cases in control group.Patients in the control group were treated with fallopian tube recanalization(FTR)and infusion of Gentamycin sulfate injection, Chymotrypsin injection and Dexamethasone sodium phosphate injection to the fallopian tube by the ductus.Patients in the study group were treated with FTR and infusion of Salvia miltiorrhize injection to the fallopian tube by the ductus,then combine treatment by differentiation of syndrome with Chinese crude drug broth for oral use.retention enema with ilexpubesceus liquid,and cover lower abdomen with shuangbaishuimi ointment.3,6,12 month after FTR,to recheck the infertility with FTR.A following-up survey was performed,to compare fallopian tube unobstructed rate,intrauterine pregnancy rate and fallopian tube pregnancy rate.Results:The unobstructed rate was 90.48%,88.10%,85.71%in the control group and 96.84%,95.78%,94.74%in the study group 3,6,12 months after the operation (P＜0.05).The intrauterine pregnancy rate was 30.43%,34.78%,36.96%in the control group and 39.46%,44.23%,48.08%in the study group 3,6,12 months after the operation(P＜0.05).fallopian tube pregnancy rate was 2.17%,2.17%, 4.35%in the control group and 0%,1.92%,1.92%in the study group 3,6, 12 months after the operation(P＜0.05).Conclusion:FTR and Salvia miltiorrhize injection infusion to the fallopian tube combine TDS of TCM has an accessory effect on remaining fallopian tube unblocked,enhancing intrauterine pregnancy rate and reduceing fallopian tube pregnancy rate.
