Observation Of Curative Effects Of Treatment On Infertility Caused By Fallopian Tube Obstruction Through The Hysteroscopy Combined With Laparoscopy And TCM

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of treatment on infertility caused byfallopian tube obstruction through the hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy andtraditional Chinese medicine.Methods：Included in the standard of60cases of patients were randomly dividedinto treatment group30cases and control group of30cases,two groups were treatedby conventional prevent infection after the hysteroscopy combined withlaparoscopy,treatment group were additionally treated with Zhu Yun Ⅱsoup.Results:①Comparison of two groups’ the normal pregnancy：the treatment group12cases,and the control group5cases, The treatment group was significantly betterthan the control group（P<0.05）.②Compared the tubal patency of the no-pregnant cases in two groups aftertreatment: patency rate of the treatment group was55.56%; tubal blockage rate was30.56%; patency rate of the control group was26.00%, tubal blockage rate was50%. The treatment group have the advantage than the control group (P<0.05).③Two groups of their own before and after treatment compared the syndromestotal score:the treatment group:before treatment was22.80±7.13,after treatment was7.77±5.16;the control group: before treatment was22.40±6.94, after treatment was10.93±7.13;both treatment can improve the patient’s clinical symptoms and signs(P<0.05).The two groups after treatment of syndromes total score have nostatistical significance(P＞0.05). ④The two groups of comprenhension effect comparison: In treatment group30cases,12cases were cured,6cases were markedly improved,11cases weredffectively,1cases was invalid,total effective rate is96.67%;in control group30cases,5cases were cured,4cases were markedly improved,13cases weredffectively,8cases was invalid,total effective rate is73.33%. The treatment groupwas better than the control group (P<0.05).⑤Compared the illness severity and normal pregnancies:Patients with mild had9people conception(56.25%),patients with moderate had7people conception(21.21%),petients with severe had1people conception(9.09%),so we can speculate that the lighter condition normal pregnancy rate is higher(P<0.05).⑥Postoperative pregnancy time comparison: the treatment group had6peopleconception in6to12months, the control group had1people conception in6to12months, The treatment group have the advantage than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion: Treatment on infertility caused by fallopian tube obstruction throughthe hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy and traditional Chinese medicinehave certain clinical curative effect,without obvious adverse reaction,it can increasethe rate of normal pregnancy,and prevent the recurrence of tubal adhesion.
