| Objective:Through the assessment of the cognitive function among schizophrenia Patients who were hospitalized in Shenyang Mental Health Center,analyses of cognitive function in patients with schizophrenia and its related influencing factors.The results can help to improve the awareness of cognitive impairment in patients with schizophrenia,and provide evidence for the clinical diagnosis,prevention and prognosis for doctors.Methods:Selected from May 2017 to August 2017 in Shenyang Mental Health Center hospitalized schizophrenia patients(within 3 days of admission)for the survey.Collect information about patients with information extraction tables composed of social demographic information and clinical history data.Psychiatrists used the set of neuropsychological status assessment tool(RBANS scale)to evaluate the cognitive function of the patients.Sort out medical records and Cognitive function assessment results.Using Epi Data to establish database,and the data were double-recorded,after inputting data export for SPSS data,using SPSS21.0 statistical software for analysis.Total score of RBANS and the statistical description of each unit were expressed by sx ±,and the analysis of each influencing factor mainly adopts t-test or variance analysis.The relationship among RBANS score,BPRS score and each dimension score was analyzed by correlation analysis.Results:(1)This study collected 205 schizophrenia patients,and the RBANS score from 49 to 87.The average score was 65.61 ± 9.24.In RBANS score,schizophrenia patients in total scale score,immediate memory,visual breadth,speech function,attention and delayed memory were lower than normal individuals(P<0.05),suggesting the schizophrenia patients has different degrees of cognitive impairment.(2)The characteristics of 205 schizophrenia patients in RBANS score: male patients in attention scores was difference with female patients,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);different age in immediate memory,visual breadth,speech function and attention were statistically significant(P<0.05 in all);different race in the immediate memory dimension was statistically significant(P<0.05);different educational level differences in speech function,attention and delay memory(P<0.05),and the difference were statistically significant;different marital status in the visual breadth,attention and delay memory were statistically significant(P<0.05);different occupational status in the immediate memory,visual breadth,attention and delay memory were statistically significant(P<0.05)(3)Analysis of the influence of clinical features on cognitive function showed that the RBANS score of patients with different states,there are statistically significant in the visual breadth,speech function,attention and delayed memory(P<0.05).The RBANS score of patients with different medication status,there are statistically significant in the delayed memory dimension(P<0.05);The RBANS score of patients with different course of disease,there are statistically significant in the delayed memory dimension(P<0.05);The RBANS score of patients with different clinical types,there are statistically significant in the timely memory and visual breadth dimension(P<0.05);(4)The relationship between RBANS score and BPRS score were studied by using correlation analysis,the results showed that schizophrenia patients between the total score of BPRS and the score of RBANS were not correlated(P>0.05).Conclusions:The schizophrenia patients have different degrees of cognitive impairment.Gender,age,ethnic,educational level,marital status,working condition,clinical type,first and palindromic status,prehospital medication and course of disease are affecting cognitive function.It is recommended that the psychiatrists should concern with patients with positive and negative symptoms at the same time,attach importance to patients with cognitive impairment assessment,and treatment of consciously strengthen effective cognitive function in the process of rehabilitation intervention. |
