| Objectives Understand the status of referral schizophrenia rehabilitation patients of social functioning; To examine the influencing factors of social functioning among referral discharged schizophrenia patients.Methods In July 2014~June 2015,select 277 clinically cured schizophrenia patients who sought return visit at Tangshan Psychiatric Hospital. A self-designed questionnaire(including age, sex, marital status, family income, attitude of their relatives, family activities, first predisposing factors, etc.), The Personal and Social Performance scale(PSP), Perceived Devaluation Discrimination(PDD), Interpersonal Reactivity IndexChinese(IRI-C), The Toronto Alexithymia Scale-20(TAS-20), The Calgary Depression Scale for Schizophrenia Chinese version(CDSS-C), Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS)were used in the study. All collected data entry Excel database and analyzed statistically using SPSS18.0.Specific methods:Measurement data were expressed as mean ±standard deviation(sx ±). Univariate analysis was performed using t-test, analysis of variance,Welch test. Multivariate using multiple regression analysis.Results 1 The status of schizophrenia patients of social functioning: Schizophrenics PSP total score of 64.40±6.531 points. According Scale score division, Between 30 to 70 minutes, which indicates that patients with schizophrenia have different degree of disabilities. Middle-aged group, young group of patients PSP scores were 61.20±5.650 points, 65.99±6.366 points, middle-aged group score is lower than the young group, a statistically significant difference between the two(P<0.05). Female, male patients PSP scores were 62.77±5.969 points, 65.64±6.684 points, women score lower than men, a statistically significant difference between the two(P<0.05). 2 single-factor analysis of patients with schizophrenia social function: PSP total score in marital status, education level, place of residence, occupational status, per capita income, health care, emotional control status, frequency of reading books and news, participation in family activities,communication status with people, life satisfaction, predisposing factors for the first time,the first onset form, onset age, the number of incidence, number of hospitalizations,medication compliance, empathy, alexithymia, depression, family atmosphere, social support and other factors the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). 3Multivariate schizophrenia patient’s social function analysis: The main influencing factors of the social function of schizophrenia patients are occupational status,social support,health care, empathy, participation in family activities, marital status, predisposing factors for the first time, place of residence,per capita income, emotional control status.Conclusions 1 Schizophrenia patients generally have different degrees of social function damage. Middle-aged group and young group of patients with schizophrenia are present in varying degrees of social dysfunction, middle aged group PSP scores were lower, and social dysfunction was more serious than that of the young group. Female, male patients with schizophrenia are present in varying degrees of social dysfunction, women with lower scores, poorer social function than men. 2 Multivariate analysis showed that non-working,less social support, no health care, low empathy, less participation in family activities, no spouse, the first onset of incentives, rural living environment, low per capita income,difficult to control emotions. |
