The Clinical Observation Of The Treatment Of The Knee Osteoarthritis From Si Ni Tang Bing Jiu And The Influencing Research Of Relevant Cell Factors In Serum

Objective 1.To observe the clinical effects of Si ni tang bing jiu in the knee osteorhitis of windcold type.2.Observing the levels,influence of IL-1、IL-6 and TNF-αin serum and explore it’s relative mechanism.Methods Taking the 170 KOA patients who come from the Orthopedics and traumtology of Chinese Medicine of General Hospital of Ningxia Medical Univerity,Orthopedics and traumatology of Chinese Medicine of Sun sh ine Hospital of Ningxia Medical University,and Acupuncture rehabi litation of Traditional Chinese medicine hospital of Ningxia Pengyang.These patients accord with conform to windcold type diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria were randmonly randomized double blind divide into Si ni tang bing jiu group(85),comfort medicine jiu group(85),conducting the double blind trial.14 days for period of treatment,and give 2 periods for every patient.before and after the treatment,Clinical observation:Using the WOMAC and integrated VAS process the evaluation of clinical curative effect.And test the serum IL-1,IL-6,TNF-α levels with the ELISA.Using the SPSS19.0analytical software analysis the date.Result 1.Before the treatment,WOMAC scores of2 groups were no difference,the difference was no statistical significance(P>0.05);After the treatment,the scores of 2 groups WOMAC all reduced obviously,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Campared with comfort medicine jiu group,the score ofsi ni tang bing jiu delined more pronounced,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Compared with before the treatment,IL-1,IL-6,TNF-α levels all reduced,the difference was statistically significa-nt(P<0.05).and compared with the comfortable medicine jiu group,Si ni tang bing jiu group serum IL-1,IL-6 and TNF-α level declined more obviously,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.After the treatment,the total effective rate of Si ni tang bing jiu group(96.25%)was better than the comfortable medicine jiu group(77.22%)the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion 1.sinitang bing jiu get significant effect intreating KOA,it is securing,and can improve the joint function,clinical symptom.2.Si ni tang bing jiu can inhibite the levels of serum IL-1,IL-6,TNF-α,delay the proc-ess of the disease,to achieve the rapeutic effect.
