Based On "Shi Re Bing Pian" To Research Syndrome-treatment Law Of Damp-heat Diseases

Objective Nowadays,people’s dietary structure,life-style,pressure of competition are all changing,which makes damp-heat diseases high morbidity rate,at the same time,dampness pathogen and pathogenic heat have each pathological features,which takes decisions for damp-heat diseases low cure rate and high rate of relapse,so researching damp-heat diseases is bound to be a major issue in the traditional Chinese medical community.Xue sheng bai write the“Shi Re Bing Pian”is the milestones in the study of researching damp-heat diseases,but the most researches about “Shi Re Bing Pian” are based on one article or relevant modern model experiment,lacking systematic excavate and collate “Shi Re Bing Pian”,from the whole to explore the law of syndrome differentiation、treatment setting and prescription medication.Thus,one of the focuses of the study is what law of syndrome differentiation used in“Shi Re Bing Pian”,to correctly identify the damp-heat diseases.The other focus of the study is on the basis of correctly identify,how to grasp the time and degree of treatment setting principle,to achieve accurate treatment.In addition,summarizing the traditional Chinese medicines and prescriptions and frequency of usage、four properties、five tastes、channel tropism,explore the characteristics and regularities of drug using is also an important part of the study.In short,this study normative collate syndrome-treatment law of damp-heat diseases,not only enriching the doctrine of febrile diseases,but also having huge research significance for guiding the clinical and improving curative effect in the future.Method This study starts from three parts,which are syndrome differentiation、treatment setting and prescription medication of damp-heat diseases,respectively according to twoaspects to explore,which are the summary of the specific and the extraction of the characteristics of each parts.Specific research methods includes:1.Literature research method,searching the key words of “Shi Re Bing Pian”、“Damp-heat Diseases” and “Xue Sheng Bai” through CNKI.2.Searching the existing literature,then using retrospective method to find the relevant literatures and through analysis,induction,reasoning and thinking related theory.3.Using statistics methods to conclude traditional Chinese medicines(including modern unusual traditional Chinese medicine)and prescriptions,calculate frequency of usage 、 four properties and five tastes 、 channel tropism.4.Combined with modern clinical treatment experience of syndrome-treatment law of damp-heat diseases treatment to be analyzed.Result This thesis systematically analyze and discuss syndrome differentiation、treatment setting and prescription medication of “Shi Re Bing Pian”.The concept of“academic origin”,along the time axis of the development of traditional Chinese medicine,to comb the damp-heat diseases study of ancient history and to clear“Shi Re Bing Pian”is the milestone of damp-heat diseases study.The concept of “syndrome differentiation”,confirm the syndrome differentiation system and characteristic of“Shi Re Bing Pian”.The concept of “treatment setting”,discuss specific application and characteristic of “clearing damp method” and“clearing heat method”.The concept of “prescription medication”,using statistics methods conclude traditional Chinese medicines(including modern unusual traditional Chinese medicine)and prescriptions,analyze high frequency of usage、four properties、five tastes、channel tropism,explore drug using regularity.The concept of “clinical application”,combined with the foregoing rule,from the experience of diagnosis and treatment of damp-heat diseases,to elaborate clinical application of the syndrome-treatment law of damp-heat diseases.Conclusion1."Shi Re Bing Pian" have unique syndrome differentiation system:root in Ba Gang,refer to viscera,purpose on Liu Jing,guiding principle is Wei Qi Ying Xue and San Jiao.2.The most important treatment setting of “Shi Re Bing Pian”is “clearing damp method”and “clearing heat method”,the treatment setting characteristics are pay attention to nourish Yin and protect body fluid、San Jiao unblocked is the key、strengthen body resistance and eliminate evil as rehabilitative measures,then flexible use “three taboos”when the needs.3.The prescription medication of “Shi Re Bing Pian”.The characteristics are the same kind of medicine divide into first choice and second choice,the main four properties are cold and cool,the main five tastes are bitter、acrid and mild,the main channel tropisma are spleen、stomach、liver and lung,draw materials、drug processing and drug decoction are all have unique style.4.The compatibility law of prescription medication for damp-heat
