The Research Of Professor Liang Bing’s Drug Law And Experience In Malignant Lymphoma

ObjectiveBy sorting out and summarizing the medical records of patients with lymphoma in Liang Bing Clinic,Professor Liang Bing’s prescriptions are summarized and excavated in order to elaborate the law of using Professor Liang Bing in clinical differentiation and treatment of malignant lymphoma in traditional Chinese medicine,and then draw the empirical prescriptions,empirical drug pairs and new method drugs,and comprehension and interpretation in combination with modern pharmacology,in order to better inherit the clinical differentiation and treatment experience of famous doctors.MethodsBased on the human and material resources of Liang Bing’ s famous doctor’ s studio,475 medical records were collected from Professor Liang Bing’s outpatient visits,confirmed diagnosis of malignant lymphoma and the results were verified.Prescriptions,dialectics and four diagnoses were collected and recorded.Data were collected through the assistant platform of famous doctor’ s inheritance.At last,frequency statistics,correlation analysis and cluster analysis were carried out to identify Professor Liang Bing’ s treatment of malignant lymphoma.The rule of using drugs for tumors.ResultsIn this study,475 medical records of 50 patients were collected and 475 prescriptions were obtained for data mining.A total of 230 flavors were involved.By summarizing the four scents and five flavors of medicines,it is found that the frequency of cold medicines and warm medicines is equal,among which warm medicines and cold medicines account for the main part;bitter medicines account for the largest proportion of the five flavors,followed by sweet medicines,bitter medicines and sour medicines;spleen meridian medicines use the most,lung meridian,liver meridian and stomach meridian take the second place.Drug classification results showed that the proportion of phlegm-resolving and dampness-removing drugs was the highest,followed by heat-clearing drugs,deficiency-tonifying drugs,surface-relieving drugs,blood-activating and stasis-removing drugs and Qi-Regulating drugs.Excavation results showed that the basic prescriptions for differentiation and treatment of malignant lymphoma were composed of seven medicines:Astragalus membranaceus 40g,Scutellaria baicalensis 10g,zedoary turmeric 20g,claw cat grass 20g,Prunella vulgaris 20g,Panax notoginseng 10g and rhodiola 12g.ConclusionThrough exploring Professor Liang Bing’ s experience in differentiating and treating lymphoma,it can be concluded that Professor Liang Bing mainly follows the treatment principles of both tonification and purgation in combination,especially resolving phlegm and removing blood stasis and detoxifying toxins in the treatment of malignant lymphoma in South of China.
