Objective: The purpose of the study was to identify the most frequently used nursing diagnoses, interventions, outcomes, and linkages using North American Nursing Diagnosis Association International,Nursing Interventions classification,Nursing Outcomes classification for parturient after caesarean section,to analyze the implementation effects of the nursing interventions, and to provide references for outcome-oriented standardized nursing programs.Method: Theoretical Research, according to the “Nursing Diagnosis Handbook”(11th edition),“NANDA International nursing diagnosis: the definition and classification,2015-2017”,“the nursing diagnosis, outcomes and interventions”(second edition),“the nursing interventions classification”(fifth edition)and “the nursing outcomes classification”(3rd edition),nursing routine of department of obstetrics of Shihezi university school of medicine, the third affiliated hospital, and so on,to formulate a plan of NNN postpartum care by using methods of literature research and expert reasoning.Practice research,a convenience sample was used.We choose 143 cases of maternal from obstetrical department of the third affiliated hospital of shihezi university school of medicine for this research. After delivery,to provide services according to the plan of NNN postpartum care for maternal, and to study and identify the nursing diagnosis, nursing outcomes, nursing interventions which is applicable to them, then analyse the effectiveness of nursing intervention, and maternals' satisfactions about nursing services were investigated. In the end, data was analyzed by using SPSSl9.0 statistical software, statistical methods including statistical description,t test, nonparametric test. Results: 1.To formulate a plan of NNN postpartum care, which includes 14 nursing diagnosises,34 nursing outcomes and 31 nursing interventions;2.In practice research, there were 9 nusing diagnosises were used,5 of which, the frequency of utilization were more than 50%,they were Risk of Bleeding,Deficient Knowledge,Impaired Tissue Integrity,Readiness for Enhanced Breastfeeding,Acute Pain;3.In practice research,13 nusing outcomes were used,10 of which, the frequency of utilization were more than 50%,they were Breastfeeding Establishment:Infant,Breastfeeding Establishment:Maternal,Wound Healing: Primary Intention,Knowledge: breatfeeding,Maternal status: postpartum, and so on.The scores of 12 nursing outcomes show statistically significant differences(P<0.05)between the first day after delivery and the discharged day.4.In practice research,25 nusing interventions were used,20 of which, the frequency of utilization were more than 50%,they were Environmental Management: Comfort,Massage,Perineal Care,Incision site Care,Bleeding reduction:postpartum uterus, and so on,and 22 NICS show statistically significant differences(P<0.05).5.In practice research, there were 38 NNN linkages were used,27 of which, the frequency of utilization were more than 50%,they were:(1)Risk of Bleeding-Maternal Status: Postpartum-Bleeding Reduction:Postpartum Uterus(2)Deficient Knowledge-Knowledge: Breastfeeding-Breastfeeding Assistance(3)Tissue Integrity Impaired-Wound Healing:Primary Intention-Incision Care, and so on;6.There is a significant difference between two groups(P<0.001),before and after the application of NNN classification, maternals' satisfactions wre 74.17% and 92.13%.Conclusions: With the application of NNN classification system, the scientific summary of nursing practice for postpartum care was made, and the postpartum care scheme was preliminarily identified, that, not only in favour of ulteriorly guiding and regulating the clinical nursing practice, but also offer reference for obstetrical nursing teaching and scientific research.
