Objective(1)Construction of the MOOC course of “Postpartum Nursing”,and providing reference for the construction of nursing MOOC course.(2)Integrating the MOOC course into the teaching of “Obstetrics and Gynecology Nursing”,and evaluating the teaching effect of MOOC.MethodsFirst,the production of MOOC courses Formed a course building team(1 lecturer,3 assistants,2 Video players,2 dubbing staffs,4 photographers,2 network techniciansand 1 nutritionist).Signed a contract with the regular month center and wisdom tree online education institution.Completed the production of MOOC by course selection,curriculum planning,content design,structural design,equipment preparation,preparation of materials,Course shooting,post-processing and other steps.The completed MOOC login port is divided into teacher and student.The teacher management terminal has 11 columns,which have the functions of enrollment,monitoring and learning,arranging assignments,organizing examinations,credits,etc.The students set 8 columns.The course covers maternal care,newborn care,maternal nutrition meal production and other learning content,including 7 chapters and 33 sections.MOOC course production from September 2016 to September 2017,lasting 1 year.Second,evaluate the application effect of MOOC course 4 classes of nursing students from a medical college in Guang xi who studied the “Obstetrics and Gynecology Nursing” courses in the first semester of 2017 as the research object.The 4 classes were divided into the control group and the intervention group by random number table method,175 people in the control group and 172 people in the intervention group.There was no significant difference in the number,gender,age and past performance between the two groups(P>0.05),which was comparable.The control group adopts the traditional teaching mode.The theoretical class is taught by the instructor according to the teaching arrangement of the college,and the classroom teaching is carried out according to the syllabus.After the teacher demonstrates the nursing operation in the operation class,the students begin their own practice and the teacher guides the tour.The intervention group used the "Postpartum Nursing" MOOC + "Flip Classroom" mode for course teaching: According to the curriculum,the nursing students independently log in to the student port to study the “Postpartum Nursing” course and complete the corresponding assignments.Invited the instructor of the college to give lectures in the classroom as a question and answer,with the students as the main subjects of learning,the teachers from the main to the secondary,answering the problems encountered in the students' learning process,organizing group discussions,exchanging learning experiences,conducting class summary,etc.Before the operation,the nursing students are required to learn the relevant content of the MOOC platform.Students are encouraged to practice with the MOOC video during the independent practice stage.The two groups of nursing students use the same teaching materials,the course progress,examination time,the instructor,the examination form,the examination content,the marking teacher,etc.There is no difference in terms.After the end of the MOOC course,the two groups of nursing students will be assessed: ?In the form of closed-book examinations,examine the knowledge of the two groups of nursing students,and examine the relevant operational skills of nursing students in the form of operational examinations,and compare the differences in performance.?Comparing the changes in autonomous learning ability of the intervention group MOOC before and after learning,Investigating their MOOC learning,teaching satisfaction,etc.The study at this stage starts from the MOOC teaching on September 15,2017,and ends on October 25,2017,which lasts for 40 days.Results(1)During the MOOC teaching period,teachers and students discussed 86 times online,and organized teachers and students to meet 8 times.The teachers gave detailed explanations on 20 teaching difficulties.(2)The test scores of the intervention group(71.3±11.5)were higher than the control group(66.1±11.0),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),and the pass rate(89.1%)was also higher than the control group(84.3%).Statistical significance(P <0.01).(3)The operation test scores in the intervention group(88.19±4.44)were higher than those in the control group(83.03±5.52),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).(4)The scores of self-learning ability of the intervention group were significantly different before the MOOC study(74.6±7.3)and after the MOOC study(85.5±4.1)(P<0.01).(5)Nursing students are satisfied with the MOOC learning experience and have a good participation.After obtaining excellent academic performance,MOOC learning can further improve the existing knowledge structure of nursing students(78.86%)and improve their professional ability(84%).Conclusion(1)As a practical applied subject,Nursing is highly feasible in the development and construction of Nursing MOOC Course.Forming a team of MOOC and deep cooperation with relevant institutions can speed up the curriculum construction.(2)MOOC has obvious advantages over traditional teaching And The use of MOOC can improve the theoretical achievement and practice level of nursing students.(3)The integration of MOOC in college teaching can significantly enhance students' self-learning ability.(4)Nursing students have a good experience in learning MOOC and have high learning satisfaction.
