Dispersing The Stagnated Liver-Qi And Regulating The Spirit Method In The Treatment Of Sudden Deafness (Interference) On The Clinical Observation

Purpose: This study aims to explore Dispersing the Stagnated Liver-Qi and Regulating the Spirit method in the treatment of sudden deafness(liver fire type)of clinical efficacy,to ease the sudden deafness of liver-fire disturbing upwards patients provides a more convenient and effective method.Methods: according to the included in the order,using the lottery method,60 patients were randomly divided into two groups by 1:1 proportion,liver the divine law group 30 cases,common acupuncture group 30 cases.Liver tuning method of anchor groups find: Baihui(DU-20),Sishencong(EX-HN-1),Shenting(DU-24),Benshen(GB-13),Yintang(GV-29),Ermen(SJ-21),Tinggong(SI-19),Tinghui(GB-3),Yifeng(SJ-17),Neiguan(PC-6),Taichong(LR-3).The control group Find: Tinggong(SI-19),Tinghui(GB-3),Yifeng(SJ-17),Zhongzhu(SJ-3),Xiaxi(GB-43)i,Taichong(LR-3),Qiuxu(GB-40).Results:The treatment group:14 cases were cured,6 cases markedly effective,7 cases effective,3 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 90.00%.The control group: 7 cases were cured,8 cases markedly effective,6 cases effective,9 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 70.00%.The efficacy of the two groups by statistical analysis,the treatment group better than the control group,especially for moderate deafness,better Acupuncture Acupuncture Treatment of regulating liver and effect.Two for the treatment of tinnitus,by statistical test,there was no significant difference.Conclusion: Both of Dispersing the Stagnated Liver-Qi and Regulating the Spirit group and the control group can relieve the clinical symptoms in patients with sudden deafness,but Dispersing the Stagnated Liver-Qi and Regulating the Spirit method is obviously better than ordinary acupuncture method.As a treatment for sudden deafness(perturbationsuffered)an effective treatment.
