| Objective: The clinical efficacy of treatment of perimenopausal hypertension at the level 1 was compared by comparing the effects of dispersing the stagnated Liver-Qi and regulating the spirit acupuncture method with levamlodipine besylate tablets to provide more effective methods for perimenopausal hypertensive patients. Methods: 60 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control gro-up.Th e observation group adopted dispersing the stagnated Liver-Qi and r-egulating the spirit acupuncture method, and selected Baihui(GV 20),Yin-tang(GV 29),Sishencong(EX-HN1),Benshen(GB 13),Shenting(GV 24),Neiguan(PC 6),Guanyuan(C V 4),Tianshu(ST 25),Zhongwan(CV 12),Zusanli(ST 36),Sa-nyinjiao(SP 6),Taichong(LR 3)points.The control group received levoa-mlodipine besylate tablets. The preoperative and postoperative blood pre-ssure,the modified Kupperman score, and the Duchenne hypertension quali-ty of life questionnaire were recorded.Results:1.Antihypertensive efficacy: The total effective rate was 76.7% in the observation group and 80% in the control group. The antihypertensive effect of the two groups was not statistically significant.2.Improvement of symptoms: The total effective rate was 83.3% in the observation group and 46.7% in the control group(P<0.05).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant. The observation group had better symptoms and improved efficacy. Conclusion:The dispersing the stagnated Liver-Qi and regulating the spirit acupuncture method has no obvious advantage in treating of perimenopausal hypertension at the level 1 with levamlodipine besylate tablets but it can improve the clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life in perimenopausal hypertensive patients. |
