| Objective:Using Functional Dyspepsia(FD)as the disease carrier, compare the clinic al efficacy differences of Acupuncture therapy by Dispersing the stagnated Live r-Qi and Regulating the spirit and Western medicine(Mosapride)in treating liv er and stomach disharmony FD,objectively evaluate Clinical effect of Acupunc ture therapy by Dispersing the stagnated Liver-Qi and Regulating the spirit on liver and stomach disharmony FD.Methods:A randomized and controlled method was used to randomly divide 72 subj ects who met the inclusion criteria into a treatment group(the group of Acup uncture therapy by Dispersing the stagnated Liver-Qi and Regulating the spirit)and a control group(Mosapride group),36 in each group. Both groups receiv ed 4 weeks of treatment at the same time. The patient’s dyspepsia symptoms,TCM syndromes, and quality of life were used as observation indicators, which were evaluated before and after treatment, and were followed up one month a fter the treatment.Observe the changes of the scales at three time points befor e treatment, after treatment and at follow-up in the two groups to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the two groups. The scale includes dyspepsia symptom sco re,TCM syndrome score, and Niping dyspepsia symptom index Index(NDSI)a nd Niping Dyspepsia Life Quality Index(NDLQI).Results:1.The analysis of the baseline results showed that the differences between the two groups of patients in terms of gender, age, course and condition were not statistically significant(P>0.05)and were comparable.2.The self-comparison within the group after treatment showed that compared with before treatment, both treatment methods can significantly reduce the patient’s dyspepsia symptom score(P<0.01),TCM syndrome score(P<0.01)and NDSI score(P<0.01),significantly improve the patient’s NDLQI score(P <0.01).3.The parallel comparison between the two groups after treatment showed that the treatment group and the control group were compared in terms of dyspepsia symptom score,TCM syndrome score,NDSI and NDLQI score, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the treatment group was better than Control group. Before and after treatment, the difference between the four scales was greater in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).4.The follow-up comparison between the two groups after 1 month of treatment showed: the self-comparison within the group showed that the scores of the four scales(dyspepsia symptom score,TCM syndrome score,NDSI and NDLQI score)before treatment and follow-up in both groups were present significant difference(P<0.01);The comparison between the two groups showed that the scales(dyspepsia symptom score,TCM syndrome score,NDSI and NDLQI score)scores of the treatment group were better than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparing the follow-up and before treatment, the difference between the scores of the four scales in the treatment group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).5.The comparison of the total effective rate between the two groups after treatment showed that the total effective rate of the treatment group was 88.2% and that of the control group was 77.8%,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Both the Acupuncture therapy by Dispersing the stagnated Liver-Qi and Regulating the spirit and Mosapride can effectively relieve the main clinical s ymptoms such as upper abdominal distension, early satiety, postprandial fullness, and upper abdominal pain in patients with liver and stomach disharmony FD,improve patients’ TCM syndrome and improve the patient’s quality of life.2.Acupuncture therapy by Dispersing the stagnated Liver-Qi and Regulatin g the spirit is superior to Western medicine in improving dyspepsia symptom s cores,TCM syndrome scores,NDSI and NDLQI scores in patients with liver and stomach disharmony FD,and both its short-term and long-term effects are s uperior to Western medicine. |
