Objective:The purpose of this study is about post competency to construct uniform,scientific,practical and applicable newly recruied nurses standardized training curriculum system to the Sichuan province based on the framework.Furthermore,this research could provide a theoretical basis for the effective implementation of standardized training of nurses.Moreover,this research could improve the new nurses' competency to meet the needs of clinical service and provide practical guidance.Methods:The Commission Office issued the "newly recruited nurses training program in the national health plan(Trial)" on the basis of this study,This study uses the methods of literature analysis which constructs preliminary establishment of new nurses standardized training needs questionnaire,through the questionnaire survey,we adopt investigation and analysis of the standardized training nurses self-assessment and nurse assessment of his way of demand for new nurses standardized training courses,and combined with the preliminary results into the construction of new group discussion vocational nurse training curriculum content;Delphi method was used to conduct two rounds of expert consultation for 32 experts,and to modify and adjust the contents of indicators.Finally,we determined the content of curriculum system for standardized training of new nurses.The use of precedence chart and variation coefficient method for weight assignment at all levels of indicators;The representativeness and reliability of the results of this study are tested by the authority coefficient of expert opinion,the degree of coordination and the positive coefficient;collate and analyze data using EXCEL2007 and SPSS21.0 software.Results:1.The results of the survey showed that the requirements of the standardized training course for the new entry nurses were high,and the number of 16 items of the training courses ranged from 4.03 to 4.77.The nurse and nurse training demand expectation was statistically significant in the medical and nursing care of relevant laws and regulations,regulations,standards of clinical nursing and nursing safetymanagement,hospital infection control and nursing occupation protection,interpersonal communication,clinical psychological nursing,clinical nursing knowledge,basic nursing operation technique,nurses,nurse occupation accomplishment the 11 courses of etiquette differences(P < 0.05).Besides,clinical nursing knowledge,Nursing research and basic nursing operation technique training demand is higher than head nurse' expectation(4.55±0.55 VS 4.36±0.73?4.09±0.61 VS 4.03±0.77?4.48±0.67 VS 4.32±0.68),other courses compliance training nurses training needs were lower than head nurse' e-xpectation.2.The constructionof the curriculum system of standardized training for newly recruited nurses in Sichuan Province:(1)The curriculum and class hours: through two rounds of Delphi expert consultation,finally established including 3 first classindexes,two level(module)and 19 indicators(training courses),three level 122 indexes(training),and the levels of theentries of weight assignment,one class index(module).The weight valueswere 0.1927,0.6302,0.1771,the index weight value in Appendix a;A total of 186 school hours,of which the theoretical course is 73 hours,the operation course is 113 hours,the Ratio of the two is about 1:1.5.(2)Teaching unit,training time and training methods:general theory of knowledge(such as nursing related Laws and regulations,the safety management of nursing care,nursing Interpersonal communication,nurse occupation literacy)taught by the unified organization of the nursing department,in addition to the nursing research training arrangements in second years,the remaining coursesare organized in the first year of training,mainly adopts the theory lectures,case analysis,group discussion,scene simulation,emergency drills and other methods;Specialized knowledge inclinical nursing theory knowledge,from medicine,surgery,gynecology and obstetrics area,pediatrics area,emergency department area,we built specialized theory training.specifically,training was distributed in first and second year.Moreover,the main training methods for PBL teaching were theory teaching and case analysis;Skills training includes emergency nursing operation technology,operation technology and the basic nursing operation,emergency nursing operation technique by nursing department organization.In the first year of training,we adopted the methods of theory teaching,scene simulation,demonstration teaching,basic nursing operation technique and the nursing operation implemented by each area and department of organization.Furthermore,training time is covered in all the training period.Moreover,training is implemented by theory teaching and teaching methods.(3)In the 19 training courses,there are 9 items with full score ratio of 80%,and the relationship between the aim of the study and the training target in the training program is scientific and reasonable.3.The selection of experts is reasonable,the results of the study are scientific and reliable,and the reliability is high.The recovery rate and effective rate of the two rounds of consultation questionnaires were 100%,and the number and proportion of the opinions put forward,which were 25(78.13%)and 5(15.63%)respectively,indicating that the degree of enthusiasm of the experts was high;The coordination coefficients of the second round of expert consultation on first and second and third level indicators and curriculum objectives were0.302,0.334,0.447 and 0.322 respectively(P <0.01),indicating the coordination of expert opinions;The qualitative analysis of experts' basic data and the authoritative degree coefficient of experts' opinions(0.925)showed that the experts in this study were well represented and highly authoritative.Conclusions:Taking demand as the guidance and taking competency as the core,strengthening the training of new nurses and improving the quality and service ability of nursing professionals is the requirement of the development of nursing in China.By referring to foreign experience in the study of nurse training after graduation,according to the relevant provisions of the state level and requirements,combined with the results of the present situation and training needs survey,standardized training of nurses,the Sichuan Provincial Construction of new nurses standardized training curriculum system,the curriculum system includes the competency of new nurses,which is of the characteristics of practicability,rationality and feasibility.Moreover,the curriculum system provides a theoretical basis for the development and evaluation of Sichuan province to better guide the new recruits standardized training of nurses,and also provides a complete guide for teachers to teach lessons,helps to ensure the implementation of the training of normative and scientific.
