Objective:to do a retrospective analysis about the clinical effect of two kinds of rehabilitation methods on the recovery of knee joint function after arthroscopic reconstruction of anterior cruciate ligament,in order to a more effective rehabilitation plan. Methods: we reviewed the date of 40 patients who had undergone anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction between in January 2015 to June 2016 and were followed up for more than 6months.We divided the patients into two groups according to the postoperative rehabilitation:rapid rehabilitation group of 20 cases, traditional rehabilitation group of 20 cases. After six months,we compared two groups of patients with postoperative recovery satisfaction and stability of the knee joint, knee joint mobility, bilateral thighs weeks diameter difference,Lysholm scale,IKDC scores,To evaluate which method of knee joint function rehabilitation has more advantages. Results: 6 months after surgery, two groups of patients healed with I incision. Two groups of patients were satisfied with the rehabilitation plan. Two groups of patients with joint stability test were negative. There was no significant difference in knee joint activity and the diameter of the bilateral thigh(P>0.05).The Lysholm score and IKDC score of patients in rapid rehabilitation group were better than those of the patients in the same period(P<0.05);Conclusion:From the short-term curative effect analysis, the rapid rehabilitation program has more advantages than the traditional treatment for the patients with anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction.
