| Objective:To compare the efects of two diferent rehabilitation procedures following ACL autograft reconstruction with quadrupled hamstring tendons.Method:thirty-two patients were undergone ACL reconstructions by using quadrupled semitendinosus and gracilis tendons, and divided into two groups: 16 experienced conservative rehabilitation procedures for 6 months and 16 positive rehabilitation procedures. Compare the knee range of motion, thigh perimeter,Lysholm score,IKDC score, knee stability test after months later.Result:Six months later, all patients had negative Lachman and Pivot shift test. There was no diference in the thigh perimete. But range of motion, IKDC scores, Lysholm score of accelerated procedure were better than that of moderate procedure. Conclusion : Early positive rehabilitation can prove knee function, increase activity, shorten recovery time, but long term results have to be studied . |
