Objective: To Explore the proprioception training effect in postoperative rehabilitation of anterior cruciate ligament reconstructionMethods: A prospective randomized controlled trial was used in this study. The study subjects were 30 patients with anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction under the parallel arthroscope and were eligible for inclusion criteria, the clinical diagnosis was clear and the anterior cruciate ligament rupture was confirmed by magnetic resonance imaging. They were Randomly divided into treatment group(routine rehabilitation program + proprioceptive training(Rood multisensory stimulation))and control group(routine rehabilitation training). The routine rehabilitation training adopts the stage rehabilitation method, which is mainly used for sports training such as ice compress,weight-bearing,joint activity and muscle strength training. The proprioceptive rehabilitation program mainly USES Rood multisensory stimulation to promote the technique, and USES tactile stimulation, extrusion and percussion technique to train the knee joint proprioception. The activity degree of knee joint?lower limb circumference difference?Lysholm score and international knee documentation committee(IKDC)score were measured respectively before treatment and at 2,4,8,12 weeks after treatment. The data was statistically analyzed with SPSS13.0 software package. All Measure data to represent by mean± standard-deviation(?x ± s).T-test was used for comparison between groups. The counting data was tested by chi-square test. The Inspection level is ?=0.05,When P<0.05 there are differences in statistics. Finally,Come to the conclusion after compare the data is there a difference or not. Results: Two groups of patients were significantly recovered after treatment in terms of joint mobility, lower limb swelling(lower limb circumference)and overall knee joint function evaluation(Lysholm score and IKDC score). The results of the two groups about range of motion were compared:Before treatment there was no difference in the range of motion between the two groups. The treatment group was superior to the control group after treatment 2?4?8 and 12 weeks. The difference between the two groups of lower extremities was compared : before treatment and after treatment 4 weeks,There was no difference in lower limb circumference between the two groups. The treatment group was superior to the control group after treatment 2?8?12 weeks. Two groups of Lysholm scores and IKDC scores were compared:before treatment and after treatment 2 weeks, there was no difference between the two groups in the two evaluation indexes. The treatment group was superior to the control group after treatment 4?8 and 12 weeks.During the treatment period and the follow-up period, the two groups of patients showed no symptoms of knee joint pain, swelling and graft relaxation, fracture or other adverse conditions..Conclusion(s): ?.No adverse events occurred in all patients in this study. Therefore, combined with proprioceptive training(Rood multisensory stimulation promotion)on the basis of routine rehabilitation program, patients who started to treat ACL reconstruction in the early stage of the course of disease are safe and have good safety.?.From the results of four observation indexes we can found that both groups were significantly better after treatment than before treatment, but the clinical effect of routine rehabilitation program + proprioceptive training(Rood multisensory stimulation)group was better than that of conventional rehabilitation treatment group.?.The rehabilitation techniques used in this project are simple to operate without special venues and special equipment, which are suitable for the application of medical institutions, especially primary medical institutions.
