| Objective:To investigate the current situation of primary risk factors for cardiovascular disease(overweight and obesity,central obesity,hypertension,dyslipidemia,diabetes)among the special group of bank employees in Changchun,to analyze the effects of demographic characteristics,lifestyle and pressure on the primary risk factors for cardiovascular disease and the effects of overweight and obesity,central obesity on hypertension,dyslipidemia and diabetes,and to propose a suitable and effective prevention and control strategies.In order to provide evidence for the prevention and control of cardiovascular disease in the occupational population of bank employees.Methods:The method of convenient sampling has been used to investigate 1472 bank employees aged between 21 to 60 who took participate in the physical examination in the medical examination center of the first hospital of Jilin University,includes standardized questionnaire,physical and laboratory examinations.The questionnaire mainly includes: participant’s demographics,lifestyle,pressure,history of disease.The physical and laboratory examinations include: height,weight,blood pressure,waist circumference,fasting glucose,triglyceride,low density lipoprotein cholesterol,total cholesterol and high density lipoprotein cholesterol.All the data was analyzed by the software of SPSS22.0.Statistical analysis methods mainly include: descriptive statistical analysis,chi-square test,Fisher’s exact test,trend chi-square test,the multi-factor Logistic regression analysis.P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results:1.The prevalence of overweight and obesity,central obesity,hypertension,dyslipidemia,diabetes among bank employees in Changchun was 45.0%,40.1%,18.5%,25.2%,3.1%,respectively.2.The influential factors for overweight and obesity among bank employees showed by multivariate analysis: the risk of overweight and obesity among the males was 3.853 times higher than among the females;the risk of overweight and obesity among the drinkers was 1.626 times higher than among the non-drinkers.3.The influential factors for central obesity among bank employees showed by multivariate analysis: the risk of central obesity among the males was 3.863 times higher than among the females;the risk of central obesity among the people aged 30~39 was1.518 times higher than among the people aged 21~29;the risk of central obesity among the smoked people was 1.983 times higher than among the non-smokers;the risk of central obesity among people who often eat meat was 1.338 times higher than among people of balanced diet.4.The influential factors for hypertension among bank employees showed by multivariate analysis: the risk of hypertension among the males was 1.792 times higher than among the females;the risk of hypertension among the people aged 30~39,40~49and 50~60 was 2.456,4.326,6.201 times higher than among the people aged 21~29;the risk of hypertension among people who often eat meat was 1.642 times higher than among people of balanced diet;the risk of hypertension among the people of serious life pressure was 2.544 times higher than among the people of slight life pressure;the risk of hypertension among the people of serious work pressure was 5.852 times higher than among the people of slight work pressure;the participants with overweight and obesity had a 2.085 times increased risk of hypertension than those without the disease;the participants with central obesity had a 1.514 times increased risk of hypertension than those without the disease.5.The influential factors for dyslipidemia among bank employees showed by multivariate analysis: the risk of dyslipidemia among the males was 1.668 times higher than among the females;the risk of dyslipidemia among the people aged 30~39 was2.012 times higher than among the people aged 21~29;the risk of dyslipidemia among the smokers was 1.684 times higher than among the non-smokers;the risk of dyslipidemia among the drinkers was 1.961 times higher than among the non-drinkers;the risk of dyslipidemia among people who often eat meat was 2.097 times higher than among people of balanced diet;the participants with overweight and obesity had a 2.379 times increased risk of dyslipidemia than those without the disease;the participants withcentral obesity had a 1.658 times increased risk of dyslipidemia than those without the disease.6.The influential factors for diabetes among bank employees showed by multivariate analysis: the participants with central obesity had a 4.189 times increased risk of diabetes than those without the disease.Conclusion:1.The rate of primary risk factors for cardiovascular disease among bank employees in Changchun was high.The prevalence of primary risk factors for cardiovascular disease in sequence was overweight and obesity,central obesity,dyslipidemia,hypertension,diabetes.2.The prevalence of overweight and obesity for bank employees in Changchun had significant relation with gender,drinking.3.The prevalence of central obesity for bank employees in Changchun had significant relation with gender,age,smoking,eating habits.4.The prevalence of hypertension for bank employees in Changchun had significant relation with gender,age,eating habits,life pressure,work pressure,overweight and obesity,central obesity.5.The prevalence of dyslipidemia for bank employees in Changchun had significant relation with gender,age,smoking,drinking,eating habits,overweight and obesity,central obesity.6.The prevalence of diabetes for bank employees in Changchun had significant relation with central obesity. |
