Objective:The purpose of this study was to understand the status of sleep quality of bank employees,and to explore the influencing factors of sleep quality from the perspectives of demographic characteristics,behavioral lifestyle,health status,anxiety,depression,social support,work stress,job satisfaction,and so on.At the same time,the relationship between the influencing factors and their effects on sleep quality were discussed in detail,and the scientific evidence was provided in order to improve the sleep quality of bank employees.Methods:Using the convenience sampling method,bank employees who participated in the physical examination in a Class 3A hospital in Changchun from June to November 2016 was selected as the target.The sleep quality and related factors of the subjects were investigated by means of physical examination and questionnaire.The questionnaire included demographic characteristics,behavioral lifestyle,self-rated health,mental health,job stress,job satisfaction,sleep quality,and so on.Epidata 3.0 was used to establish database and entry data,IBM SPSS 24.0 was used to perform the statistical analyses.Results:1.The bank employees sleep quality score was 21.85 ± 5.89.The prevalence of sleep disorders in bank employees was 42.2%,of which 31.8% were mild sleep disorders,9.7% were moderate sleep disorders,and 0.8% were severe sleep disorders.2.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that gender,self-rated health,anxiety,depression,job satisfaction and work stress were independent influence factors of sleep quality(P<0.05).The risk of men suffering from sleep disorders was 1.338 times higher than that of women(95% CI: 1.065 ~ 1.681);the risk of self-rated health-poor and self-rated health-general suffering from sleep disorders was 1.998 times(95%CI: 1.349 ~2.958)and 1.707 times(95%CI: 1.329 ~ 2.193)higher than that of individuals whose self-rated health better.The risk of mild anxiety and moderate or severe anxiety suffering from sleep disorders was 2.851 times(95%CI: 1.995 ~ 4.074)and 3.180 times(95%CI: 1.248 ~ 8.107)higher than those without anxiety.The risk of mild depression and moderate or severe depression suffering from sleep disorders was 1.993 times(95%CI: 1.532 ~ 2.594)and 1.624 times(95%CI: 1.098 ~ 2.403)higher than those without depression.The risk of low job satisfaction suffering from sleep disorders was 1.524 times higher than those with higher job satisfaction(95% CI: 1.049 ~ 2.214).The risk of high job stress suffering from sleep disorders was 1.605 times higher than those with low work stress(95% CI: 1.252 ~ 2.057).3.Job satisfaction had significant mediating effects between work pressure and sleep quality.Job pressure negatively predicted job satisfaction,significant confidence interval did not include 0(-0.394,-0.323).Job satisfaction negatively predicted sleep quality,the significant confidence interval did not include 0(-0.106,-0.044),after controlled job satisfaction,job stress positively predicted sleep quality,and the significant confidence interval did not include 0(0.026,0.074).Conclusions:1.The prevalence rate of sleep disorders among bank employees was 42.2%,and the sleep quality of bank employees needed to be further improved.2.The independent influence factors of sleep quality were gender,self-rated health,anxiety,depression,job satisfaction and work stress.Female,self-rated health poor or general,anxiety,depression,low job satisfaction,high job stress had a negative predictive effect on sleep quality.3.Job satisfaction played an intermediary role in the effect of work stress on sleep quality.
