To Observe The Clinical Curative Effect Of The Phlegm And Dispelling Stasis,Spleen And Kidney Strengthening Methods For The Hypertension With Early Renal Damage And Its Effect Renal Blood Flow

Objective:to observe the hypertension patients with early renal damage between blood pressure and microalbumiurine and the renal interlobar artery of peak systolic velocity,end-diastolic velocity,resistance index,and TCM syndrome integral.To discuss the clinical effect of the phlegm and dispelling stasis,spleen and kidney strengthening methods for the hypertension with early renal damage and its effect on renal blood flow.Methods:To select 80 patients with renal damage of phlegm and stasis in the early stage of hypertension,They were randomly divided into 40 control groups and 40 treatment groups.The control group was given regular medication,the treatment group was given regular medication with the traditional Chinese medicine of phlegm,invigorating spleen and kidney method.The two groups were treated for three weeks.To observe the change of the two groups before and after treatment in patients with systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and microalbuminuria and interlobar artery of peak systolic velocity,end-diastolic velocity,resistance index.At the same time,to observe the TCM syndrome integral before and after treatment of the two groups of patients.Using SPSS20.0 software for statistical analysis comparison.Results:1.After treatment,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).The total effectiveness of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was 90 percent,significantly better than the control group,and the difference in the group was statistically significant(p<0.05).2.After treatment,systolic and diastolic blood pressure,and microalbuminuria were decreased before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).The treatment group was significantly better than the control group in systolic and diastolic blood pressure,and microalbuminuria,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).3.Treatment group after treatment of the interlobar artery of peak systolic velocity,end-diastolic velocity is significantly speed up before the end of the term,the resistance index significantly lower than before,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).Control group after treatment of the interlobar artery of peak systolic velocity,end-diastolic velocity is significantly speed up before the end of the term,the resistance index significantly lower than before,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).The treatment group was significantly better than the control group in s peak systolic velocity and end-diastolic velocity,and resistance index,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion:1.The phlegm and dispelling stasis,spleen and kidney strengthening methods can improve the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with early renal damage.2.The phlegm and dispelling stasis,spleen and kidney strengthening methods can reduce systolic and diastolic blood pressure,and microal buminuria.3.The phlegm and dispelling stasis,spleen and kidney strengthening methods can increase the hypertension patients with early renal damage of interlobar artery of peak systolic velocity,end-diastolic velocity,reduce the resistance index,could improve the decrease of renal blood flow for high blood pressure.
