Clinical Observation On The Effect Of Yishen Tongmai Recipe In Treating Of Early Hypertensive Kidney Lesion (Spleen And Kidney Qi Deficiency And Static Blood Type)

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Yishen Tongmai Recipe combined with Western medicine in the treatment of patients with spleen and kidney qi deficiency and blood stasis type hypertension with early renal damage,related renal damage indicators,blood pressure level changes and TCM symptom scores,and evaluate its effectiveness and safety for further improvement Provide data and theoretical support for the clinical application of Yishen Tongmai Recipe,and use the advantages and characteristics of Chinese medicine to improve the experience of Chinese medicine in treating this disease.Methods: The 70 patients who can be included are divided into two groups(treatment group and control group)through a simple randomization grouping method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group received basic treatment(Losartan potassium tablets+Felodipine sustained-release tablets),and the treatment group received(Yishen Tongmai Fang+ Losartan potassium tablets + Felodipine sustained-release tablets).30 days is a treatment cycle,and the curative effect is evaluated after the end of the 2 cycles.To evaluate the total efficacy of the disease,related renal damage indexes,blood pressure level changes,TCM symptom scores and safety of the two groups before and after treatment.After the experiment,SPSS 25.0 software was used for data processing,and the difference was considered statistically significant with P<0.05.Results:(1)Comparison of total clinical efficacy: the treatment group is high(total effective rate is 94.27%),and the control group is lower(total effective rate is 71.19%),and the total efficacy of the treatment group is better than the control group.(2)Comparison of blood pressure fluctuation levels and renal damage indicators between the two groups: After treatment,SBP,DBP and 24 PRO,urine β2-MG,UmALB,and Cys-C were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After comparison between the groups,there was no statistical difference between the two groups except for SBP changes(P>0.05).After DBP and 24 PRO,urine β2-MG,UmALB,and CysC treatment,the index values of the treatment group decreased better than those of the control group.(3)Comparison of total score and total curative effect of TCM syndrome: the total score after treatment in the treatment group(total effective rate 91.18%)was significantly lower than that of the control group(total effective rate 66.67%).At the same time,the total score after treatment was compared within the group.It was lower than before treatment,which accorded with statistical significance(P<0.05).(4)Comparison of individu-al TCM syndrome scores: After treatment,the 5 main symptoms of the two groups(vertigo,fatigue,backache,poor appetite,and frequent nocturia)and 5 secondary symptoms of the treatment group(loose stools,shortness of breath,Lumbar fixation or tingling,abdominal distension,numbness of the limbs),the control group(loose stool,fixed waist or tingling,abdominal distension or numbness of the limbs)were all relieved,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),More than(P>0.05),no improvement;compared with the two groups,the treatment group had better relief of symptoms such as dizziness,fatigue,weakness,lumbar and spinal pain,poor appetite,frequent nocturia,shortness of breath,lumbar fixation or tingling after treatment In the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(5)Safety analysis: There were no adverse reactions in the two groups of patients during the observation.Conclusion:(1)Based on the conventional western medical treatment of early renal damage in hypertension,Yishen Tongmai Recipe can reduce urine protein levels,regulate blood pressure fluctuations,slow down renal damage in the early stage of hypertension,relieve clinical symptoms and improve clinical efficacy.(2)Yiqi Tongmai Recipe may be an effective treatment method for early renal damage of hypertension with spleen and kidney qi deficiency and blood stasis.(3)Yiqi Tongmai Recipe combined with basic therapy to treat early renal damage in hypertension,compared with basic therapy alone,can not only prevent disease beforehand,but also slow down the progress,prevent disease from degeneration,improve long-term prognosis,and side effects low.
