Analysis The Core Prescriptions And Herbs Of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis By Data Miniing

Objective:To dig the core prescriptions and herbs of Chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG),by data mining methods,so as to provide useful reference for the Chinese medicine treatment of this disease.Methods:The general information,symptoms,tongue,pulse,syndrome,prescriptions,herbs and other data of the 502 collected cases from Jiansu Provice Hospital of TCM were inputted into Microsoft Office Excel.To process the data firstly,then to analyse them by SPSS 22.0 software and liquorice system.Results:The ratio of male to female in 502 patients is 0.72:1.The most age of onset are 50-59 years(36.25%).Symptoms of frequency from high to low are stomach ache(50.8%),bloating(49.8%),belching(29.48%)etc.The common syndromes of CAG include weakness of stomach(66.73%),deficiency of stomach yin(9.76%),heat stagnation of liver and stomach(7.97%),damp heat syndrome(7.77%),liver qi stagnation syndrome stomach(6.18%),and Stagnated blood stasis of the stomach(1.59%).The core herbs include Radix Codonopsis,Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae,Pericapium Citri Reticulatae,Fructus Aurantil,Poria,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Semen Coicis,Herba Agrimoniae,Radix Et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae and so on.The couplet medicines are the combination of two of the herbs above.The core prescriptions of CAG is Yigong power.Conclusion:This study found that the pathogenesis of CAG is complicated,which based on weakness of stomach.The core herbs include Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae,Pericapium Citri Reticulatae and so on,which effect is invigorating the spleen.This study objectively reflects some regularity and characteristics of for the treatment of CAG,which accordance with the past knowledge and clinical practice of traditional Chinese Medicine.All mentioned above show that data mining has certain feasibility and practical value in the study of Chinese medicine compound prescription.
