Objective:The study aimed at giving an objective evaluation to the effectiveness of tai chi yunshou exercise on cardiopulmonary function of stroke patients, provides the theory basis for popularizing Tai Chi yunshou exercise and forms an appropriate technology which suitable for popularization and application for community-stroke paitents with cardiopulmonary disfunction. Methods:A randomized controlled trial design was conducted.80 cases from Fujian city of Fuzhou province were recruited and qualified subjects,Tai Chi clouds hands group 40cases,conventional rehabilitation training group 40 cases, the final analysis included some 75 cases.Tai Chi Group "hand" hand Tai Chi training by Taijiquan instructor supervision experience, the routine rehabilitation training group of community rehabilitation physicians under uniform training routine rehabilitation training,60min each time,5 times a week for 12 weeks. The two groups were evaluated before and after the intervention for 1 times.Evaluation content:(1)The German Jaeger company production OXYCON PRO PC Jaeger cardiopulmonary exercise test cardiopulmonary function.(2)Quality of life was assessed using the health survey brief(36-Item Short Health Survey,SF-36).(3)Using modified MBI index(Modified Barthel Index)to evaluate the ability of daily living.Result:1.Cardiopulmonary FunctionThere was no significant difference between the two groups before and after intervention(P>0.05).Comparison within group:intervention group VC,OHR,Tai Chi cloud SBP,SDP compared with before intervention compared with significant difference(P<0.05).MVV,V02max,VC,VE,OHR,SBP,SDP were significantly different in the routine rehabilitation training group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in cardiopulmonary function(P>0.05).2.Quality of LifeThere was no significant difference between the two groups in quality of life(SF-36)before and after intervention(P>0.05)in the 8 dimensions.Comparison within group:intervention group SF-36 score of Tai Chi clouds in 8 areas compared with before intervention compared with the significant difference(P<0.05);the PF score of SF-36,RP,GH,SF,RE and MH in the routine rehabilitation training group were significantly different before the intervention.Comparison between groups, two groups of quality of life scale SF-36 PF,GH,TV,SF and MH were compared between groups with significant difference(Z = 2.295,-2.660,-3.487,-2.366,-3.525;P = 0.008,0.025,<0.001,0.018,<0.001).3.Daily Living AbilityThere was no significant difference between the two groups in the improvement of the P>0.05 index(MBI).In the comparison group, the MBI scores of the two groups were significantly higher than those before intervention, and compared with those before intervention difference(P<0.05).Comparison between groups:there was significant difference between the two groups in MBI score(Z=-2.577,P=0.010<0.05).4.during the intervention, there were no adverse events in the two groups.Conclusion:12 weeks of Tai Chi "assessment" training and routine rehabilitation training on patients with stroke in community cardiopulmonary function, quality of life and daily life ability improvement.
