Research objective:To analyze the cardiopulmonary function of sedentary college students, formulate cardiopulmonary exercise prescription for sedentary college students, and conduct local exercise intervention, and study the specific influence of developing cardiopulmonary exercise prescription based on cardiopulmonary exercise test system on the cardiopulmonary function of sedentary college students.Research methods:In this study, sedentary college students(Sedentary group,n=37)and non-sedentary college students(Non-Sedentary group,n=20)were recruited from non-physical education major students in Wuhan University of Physical Education.General parameter indexes and cardiopulmonary exercise tests were conducted on subjects in both groups, and results were collected and data were analyzed. Then, the sedentary group was divided into the sedentary intervention group(n=19)and the sedentary control group(n=18)by random number table method. The sedentary group was given a cardiopulmonary exercise prescription based on the test results. In preparation stage and formal training stage, anaerobic threshold power and 50%power above anaerobic threshold were used as exercise intensity, and exercise prescription intervention was performed once every other day for a total of 8 weeks. The power at anaerobic threshold is measured by V-slope method.50%power above anaerobic threshold=(anaerobic threshold power-power increasing rate x 0.75)/2+(extreme exercise power-Power increasing rate x 0.75)/2.The sedentary control group only received health education,no exercise intervention, and continued to maintain the original school life. After the intervention, the sedentary control group and the sedentary intervention group were tested for general parameters and cardiopulmonary exercise. After sorting out the measured data,SPSS26.0 software was used for statistical analysis, and P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.General parameters include body weight,BMI,body fat rate, and blood pressure.Cardiopulmonary function indicators include:anaerobic threshold(AT),resting heart rate(HRrest),peak heart rate(HRpeak),peak oxygen uptake(VO2peak),peak kilogram oxygen uptake(VO2peak),peak oxygen pulse(VO2/HRPeak),respiratory rate(BF),respiratory exchange rate(RER),peak oxygen uptake ventilation efficiency platform(OUEP),carbon dioxide ventilation equivalent(VE/VCO2).Research results:1.Before the experiment, the body fat rate and systolic blood pressure in the sedentary group were higher than those in the non-sedentary group(P<0.05);Among the cardiac and pulmonary function indexes, the resting heart rate(HRrest)and the lowest value of carbon dioxide exhaust ventilation efficiency(Lowest VE/VCO2)were higher(P<0.05),while the anaerobic threshold(AT),peak heart rate(HRpeak),peak oxygen uptake(VO2peak),peak oxygen pulse(VO2/HRpeak),peak minute ventilation(VEpeak),respiratory exchange rate(RER),respiratory rate(BF),and peak oxygen uptake ventilation efficiency platform(OUEP)were lower(P<0.05).2.Compared with the sedentary control group, there was no statistical difference in the general parameters and cardiopulmonary function indexes of the sedentary intervention group before the experiment. After the experiment, the general parameters of body weight, body fat percentage and diastolic blood pressure were decreased in the sedentary intervention group(P<0.05).Anaerobic threshold(AT),peak heart rate(HRpeak),peak oxygen uptake(VO2peak),peak minute ventilation(VEpeak)and respiratory rate(BF)were increased in cardiopulmonary function indexes(P<0.05).3.Before-and-after comparison, the body fat rate, systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the sedentary intervention group decreased(P<0.05);Among the indexes of cardiopulmonary function, anaerobic threshold(AT),peak heart rate(HRpeak),peak oxygen uptake(VO2peak),peak oxygen pulse(VO2/HRpeak),peak minute ventilation(VEpeak),respiratory rate(BF)increased(P<0.05);Although the indexes of the sedentary control group had some changes, the changes were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Research conclusions:1.Compared with non sedentary college students, sedentary college students have higher body fat rate and systolic blood pressure, while the results of cardiopulmonary exercise tests are generally lower, indicating that sedentary college students have poorer overall cardiopulmonary performance.2.In this study, the cardiopulmonary exercise prescription formulated based on the cardiopulmonary exercise test system can effectively improve the cardiopulmonary function of sedentary college students.
