Research On Medical Knowledge Reuse Technology Based Ontology

With the development of ontology knowledge base and the ontology building tools are more maturer,ontology reuse technology is more and more popular in ontology construction methodology.Because geographical environment,languages and cultures of ontology developers are different,the descriptions of same things are different.Ontology reuse technology can not only save the cost of ontology development,but also improve the ontology development efficiency.It is more important that reuse technology can form a unified global knowledge identification system,and the same things in different languages have unified symbol code.It is of great benefit to interaction and the improvement of communication between two ontologies.The issues of ontology publishing and access have become the key problems to be solved in ontology reuse,and it is the focus of academic research and application.In this paper,the goal is to build a ontology based on the reuse technology.We focus the research and application of ontology based knowledge base system construction in these aspects of the ontology acquisition,reuse and health monitoring system application.Contributions of this paper are as follows:1 ontology acquisition.There are three main ways to access ontology.This paper lists the common ontology search systems,and goes to analyses these different ontology search systems in the two aspects of theory and application scene.2 The strategy of table connection reuse is proposed,changing building connection between graphs to between tables.Firstly,Ontology model is designed through a preliminary understanding of the reused ontology structure,and the overlap attribute between the main body and reuse of ontology is fined;Then,the basic entity information of reused body and main body are stored into two tables;Finally,according to the natural connection result,some multiplexed entity information are added to the main body.Before the table connection strategy,analyzing and pruning unrelated entity of reused ontology can further improve the efficiency of the reuse strategy.3 A health monitoring system is designed based on ontology knowledge base.Focusing on one's health in integrity and personalty,users can query symptoms,and record query information and health data.The advantage of this system is that it can infer one's health state based on the user's health data,monitor individual physical problems in a long-term,and help users find the direction and focus of health care.
