| Objective:To confirm the Quanxieruangao containing topical treatment of DF heat effect, Play traditional Chinese medicine of treatments for clinical treatment of diabetic foot provides a new and effective way.Method:A randomized controlled method, The diabetic foot met the inclusion criteria 60 patients divided into treatment group (30 cases), and the control group (30 cases), Quanxieruangao topical treatment group after conventional medicine,The control group underwent routine treatment with myogenic Yuhong Plaster,Course of 28 days,and before and after treatment were observed comparing the affected foot wound healing, and other aspects of wound flora. Quanxieruangao confirmed ointment in the treatment of Toxic heat Accumulation Type DF ulcers to promote wound healing.Result:1. Comparison of the two groups of patients after treatment wound area, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);2. After treatment of ulcer depth, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);3. Treatment group, the total efficiency of 93.33% vs 76.67%, respectively, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);4. Wound bacterial detection rate of the treatment group 26.67%, 40.00% in the control group, two groups, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:1. Qanxieruangao can inhibit the Toxic heat Accumulation Type DF ulcer wound surface growth of pathogenic bacteria;2. Qanxieruangao containing treating Toxic heat Accumulation TypeDF ulcers, detoxification swelling and pain, and promote wound healing. |
