Clinical Observation Of Qi Shen Yu Decoction In Treating Early Diabetic Nephropathy With Deficiency Of Qi And Yin With Blood Stasis Syndrome

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Shenqi Yuhuang Decoction on early diabetic nephropathy of qi and yin deficiency and blood stasis,and Clinical safety evaluation of Shenqi decoction of Fructus evodiae.Methods:By randomized controlled method,60 patients who met the diagnosis criteria of early diabetic nephropathy with qi and yin deficiency were randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to 1:1.Control group for basic treatment(Diabetes health education,diabetes,low-salt low-fat diet,moderate exercise and conventional hypoglycemic drugs and other treatment),to 4 weeks for a course of treatment,a total of 3 courses of treatment.Results:The levels of HbAIC,PBG,HOMA-IR,TG,LDL-C,mALB,U-TP,BUN,Scr,CRP,whole blood viscosity(high shear,middle cut,low cut),fibrin(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Before and after treatment of blood,urine,liver and kidney function,electrocardiogram and other no significant abnormal changes,no obvious side effects occurred.Conclusion:Shenqi Yuhuang Decoction on the early Yin and kidney deficiency syndrome of diabetic nephropathy has the exact effect,and can significantly alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients,improve insulin resistance,lower blood sugar,regulate blood lipid disorders,improve blood rheology,inhibit inflammation,protect the blood vessels Endothelial cell damage,reduce urinary protein excretion,which is safe and effective.
