Clinical Observation Of Huazhuo Anshen Decoction In The Treatment Of Diabetic Nephropathy (Syndrome Of Spleen-kidney Yang Deficiency Plus Blood Stasis)

Objective: Based on the clinical diagnosis and treatment of diabetic nephropathy,huazhuo anshen decoction was prepared.This topic is based on the change chaotic Ann clamp kidney to treat diabetic nephropathy spleen kidney Yang deficiency and blood stasis syndrome in the clinical observation of targets,to explicit turbidity Ann kidney decoction in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy with spleen and kidney Yang deficiency and blood stasis syndrome clinical curative effect,on the basis of the turbidity Ann kidney decoction in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy spleen kidney Yang deficiency of blood stasis effectiveness and advantages to do further research and discussion.Methods: Sixty patients with stage IV diabetic nephropathy were selected.All the patients with TCM syndrome differentiation belonged to spleen-kidney Yang deficiency with blood stasis syndrome,and the GFR > was 30ml/1.73m2 min.The selected patients were randomly divided into two groups using the random control method.All into the group of patients with conventional treatment of control blood sugar,diet on patients with strict eating quality low protein,plant protein such as soy products restriction,with low sugar,low sodium,foods rich in vitamins,and give reasonable sports and patients with hyperlipidemia,electrolyte disorder,acid-base balance disorder and atherosclerosis were given symptomatic treatment.The course of treatment was 3 months.The treatment group was treated with 300 ml of decoction of huazhuo anshen decoction,and 150 ml of the decoction was taken warm after meals in the morning and evening.The control group was treated with uduqing granule 5g,and was given 4 times a day.After 3 months of treatment,the differences in symptoms,signs and physical and chemical examinations between the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment were compared,so as to objectively evaluate the efficacy of the treatment group and the control group.Results: After statistical finishing,the total efficiency: treatment group 83.3%,control group 60%,by statistical calculation,P<0.05,there are significant differences,the treatment group in reducing proteinuria,delay renal dysfunction,improve clinicalsymptoms and so on are significantly better than the control group.Conclusion: In the treatment of diabetic nephropathy(spleen-kidney Yang deficiency plus blood stasis syndrome),the clinical symptoms and various laboratory examination indexes of huazhuan-anshen decoction have achieved satisfactory efficacy.
