| ObjectivePostoperative gastrointestinal dysfunction is postoperative patients with nausea and vomiting, abdominal distension and abdominal pain, difficulty and other symptoms of discomfort,it is a common complication of abdominal surgery.Postoperative gastrointestinal dysfunction not only affects the patient’s postoperative recovery, but also prolonged the hospital stay, increased the patient’s hospital infection and deep vein thrombosis and other risks, but also caused the economic burden of patients and the community. The aim of this study was to observe the clinical efficacy of acupoint catgut embedding in the treatment of gastrointestinal dysfunction after abdominal surgery,to relieve the symptoms of patients with more safe and effective methods, and to provide new diagnosis and treatment for postoperative gastrointestinal dysfunction Scientific research materials,so that acupuncture treatment of the disease and the use of more scientific and standardized.MethodsThis subject follows the principles of evidence-based medicine, clinical epidemiology/DME,from February 2016 to February 2017 in Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine First Affiliated Hospital of two surgical wounds after surgery,in line with the conditions of patients(Total of 64)were randomly divided into embedding group(total of 31)and common acupuncture group(33 cases);acupoint catgut embedding group was given bilateral Zusanli,Shangjuxu,Dachangshu point catgut embedding within 2 hours after operation. After the recovery of bowel sounds, the first exhaust, the first defecation,to restore the whole flow of diet time, hospital stay days are take into compared between two groups.Data were analyzed by t test, variance analysis and rank sum test. The difference between the two groups was analyzed by variance analysis. Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of acupoint catgut embedding.ResultsThere was no statistically significant difference between the observation time of bowel sounds, the time of first exhaust and other indicators and the general acupuncture group. However, the time of defecation, the time of recovery of whole diet, and the number of days of hospitalization were shorter than those of common acupuncture group(P>0.05).The total effective rate was of acupoint catgut embedding group was 96.77%,and the total effective rate was 90.9%in the general acupuncture group, which was statistically significant.ConclusionsAcupoint catgut embedding can promote the recovery of postoperative gastrointestinal dysfunction, and its treatment is better than ordinary acupuncture group. |
