The Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Simple Obese Patients With Acupoint Catgut Embedding And Abdominal Massage

Objective: Aims to observe body moisture,body mass index,body weight,skeletal muscle,body fat rate,waist-to-hip ratio,basal metabolism,visceral fat levels and health assessment score index to assessment the treatment of simple obesity by acupoint catgut embedding combining with abdominal massage by the body composition analyzer on the premise of guarantee health.We would like to analyse the clinic curative effect of the therapy for simple obesity to improve the clinical curative and provide the reliable clinical basis.Method: Selected 70 simple obesity patients,according to the random number table method,the patients were divided into acupoint catgut embedding combining with abdominal massage group and acupoint catgut embedding group.Each group had 35 cases of simple obesity patients.Respectively,two groups were different treated,in which acupoint catgut embedding combining with abdominal massage were under treatment of both acupoint catgut embedding(Zhongwan、Tianshu、Daimai、Zusanli、Shuifen、Fenglong etc.)and abdominal massage.Acupoint catgut embedding group was treated only acupoint catgut embedding.Once a week,4 times a period of treatment,and 2 periods were observed to evaluate the clinical curative effect.7 to 10 days a once,4 times a course of treatment,after 2 courses evaluating the therapeutic effect.Results: 1.The total effective rate of the two treatments was: 73.33%、93.75%,the embedding line combined with the abdominal massage therapy is better,and there is a significant difference between the two group(P < 0.05).2.Both treatments can reduce the BW,BMI,WHR,PBF,VFL,etc.,and the reduction of the buried line with the abdominal push group is the largest(P < 0.05).3.Both treatments can increase the basal metabolic rate of patients with simple obesity(P < 0.05),decrease body fat content and stable or improve the patient’s muscle(P > 0.05),and shall not affect the moisture inside body(P > 0.05).Finally,improving the overall health score(P < 0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of acupoint catgut embedding in treatment of simple obesity is certain,but the clinical effect of acupoint catgut embedding combining with abdominal massage is more significant.
