Resident doctors’ standardization training is an essential stage of the culture of clinicians,for creating high ethics,excellent technology,theoretical solid team of clinicians,improving the hospital medical treatment,teaching and scientific research level are important.In 2014,China started to fully implement the standardized training of resident doctor physicians.As a result of time soon,there are still many problems in teaching work and related management system is gradually improved.In this paper,by analyzing the status quo of resident doctors’ standardized training of teaching,research and the reasons for the universality of its existence,to explore how to better improve the teaching resident doctors’standardized training level,propose some adaptable and suggestions to improve resident doctors’ standardized training effect.In this paper,the use of public management theory knowledge,from a macro level analysis resident doctors’ standardized training of teaching,and to choose Shanghai Children’s Medical Center has some of the typical case study,through interviews to Shanghai Children’s Medical Center resident doctors,standardized training teaching physicians and trainees interviews,teaching status quo,problems and reasons existed in-depth analysis,found that because of the competence concept is not fully integrated into the training,resulting in resident doctors with emphasis on clinical teaching,lack of comprehensive ability.Physician shortage of resources,teacher resources with no selection and incentive,there is no full-time teaching staff,resulting in the training of residents in the use of light weight and train teachers with low motivation to funding.Regional medical level,classified personnel differences and policy makers lack of medical problems experienced from a certain extent,affect the resident doctors’ standardized training of teaching.Based on resident standardization training problems and teaching through the Shanghai Children’s Medical Center case study of the problems and causes,in the perspective of a resident doctor standardization training management commissioner,and by the time residency standardized training keenly aware of the daily management,proposes strengthening the teaching staff and teaching ability,to explore the full-time physician responsible for clinical teaching mode,residency training to strengthen the doctor-patient clinical thinking and communication skills,and control clinical practice residency and permission to operate,and to strengthen the department,with a teacher,resident management exploratory suggestions to further improve the resident standardization training teaching work for resident standardization training management departments at all levels in the introduction of policies,implementation,monitoring and evaluation to provide references.
