ObjectionThis study intends to systematically refine and summarize Professor Tian Yumei ’s academic ideas and clinical experience in the differentiation and treatment of edema disease.And then it analyze the drugs by using computer’s data mining technology in order to discuss the rules of drug administration and to perfect and evidence the academic ideas and clinical experience.The study is aimed at making the academic ideas and clinical experience to be inheritance and promotion.At the same time,itis hope that these academic ideas and clinical experience can have references for peer colleagues in clinical diagnosis and treatment of edema disease.MethodThis study systematically refines and summarizes the academic ideas of Professor Tian Yumei in treating edema disease by reading Professor Tian Yumei’s relevant monographs and papers,following Tian Lao to receive patients and consulting Tian Lao himself and so on.At the same time,we collected the 131 medical cases that include 381 visiting times and conform to the standard of during2014.10-2017.4.And then we establish a database and analyze drug use frequency,the frequency of medicines that go to the viscera and drug classification frequency and then extract the coreprescription by using the computer’s data mining technology in order to explore the rules of clinical drug administration of Professor Tian’s in the treatment of edema disease and perfect and evidence the academic ideas and clinical experience.ResultData mining analysis show that the proportion of traditional Chinese medicine at the top 20 is: poria cocos(74%),Fried atractylodes(58.8%),cassia twig(49.3%),the root of remembranous milk vetch(41.7%),main licorice(35.7%),dried tangerine or orange peel(34.4%),alisma(32.3%),yam(31.2%),the lateral root of aconite(30.7%),radix rehmanniae(30.4%),the root of fangji(30.2%),radix paeoniae alba(29.4%),cornel(28.9%),grifola(27.8%),Angelica sinensis(27%),cortex moutan(26.5%),Carthamus tinctorious(25.2%).The proportion of drug classification is: Qi-tonifying drug(19.7%),qi-regulating drug(9.7%),damp dispel diuretic drugs(20.3%),invigorate the circulation of medicines(10.7%),nourish the medicine(7.9%),blood tonic medicine(7.4%),blood(5.5%),cooler temperature in medicine(4.2%),hemostatic drugs(3.2%),antiasthmatic drug(3.1%),antirheumatic(2.9%),astringent medicine(2.8%)and clearing damp medicine(2.6%).The proportion of medicines that go to the viscera is: the spleen(20.8%),lung(15.2%)of the kidney(13.9%),heart(13.3%),liver(12.5%),stomach(12.1%),bladder(7%),colon(2.8%),small intestine(1.6%),bile(0.8%).The percentage of four gas and five flavor in drugs is: warm drugs accounted for 46.6% of the total drug use frequency,flat sexual medicine accounted for 25.1% the total drug use frequency,cood medicine accounted for 14.5% the total drug use frequency,cold medicine accounted for 9.6% the total drug use frequency,hot medicine accounted for 4.2% the total drug use frequency.The frequency of sweet medicines accounts for 39.2% of the total frequency of drug use,the frequency of symplectic herbs accounts for 23.7% of the total frequency of drug use,bitter medicine accounted for 21.4% of the total frequency of drug use,mild drugs accounts for 10% of the total frequency of drug use,sour medicine accounts for 4.10% of the total frequency of drug use,astringency medicine accounted for 1.70% of the total frequency of drug use,and salty medicine is not used.The core of the prescriptions are: the core prescription of the syndrome of wind with water includes: fangji,astragalus root,Fried atractylodes,main licorice,ginger,jujube,ephedra,almond,platycodon root,dried tangerine or orange peel,poria cocos,grifola.The core of the prescription of syndrome of internal stagnation of fluid-dampness includes: fangji,poria cocos,cassia twig,astragalus membranaceus,poria cocos skin,white mulberry root-bark,big belly skin,dried tangerine or orange peel,Fried atractylodes,rhizoma atractylodis,magnolia bark,coix seed,rhizoma imperatae and dried ginger.The core of prescription of syndrome of the spleen and kidney-Yang deficiency includes: cassia twig,lateral
