The Research Of Professor Meng Biao’s Academic Experience In Treating Rheumatoid Arthritis By Using Classical Prescription Based On Data Mining

Objective:Rheumatoid arthritis is a common clinical rheumatoid immune disease with high morbidity and disability rate.Western medicine has some defects in treatment,while Traditional Chinese medicine has significant advantages in alleviating symptoms and alleviating the toxic and side effects of western medicine.Professor Meng Biao was once a disciple of Professor Huang Huang,the master of Nanjing Jingfang.Influenced by the theory of "fang-zheng-human",he is good at using Jingfang to treat rheumatic immune diseases.In this study,the medical records of the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis by Professor Meng Biao were organized,and the characteristics of the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis by using classical prescription were analyzed by data mining method.The clinical experience and academic thoughts of professor Meng Biao in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis were summarized,and the diagnosis and treatment ideas of rheumatoid arthritis were expanded.Methods:Medical records of professor Meng Biao’s treatment of rheumatoid arthritis from October 2019 to October 2021 were collected.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,a total of 72 cases with 282 consultations were obtained.The basic information,symptoms,tongue and pulse,prescriptions and other materials of patients were extracted from the included medical records and input into Excel forms to establish a database.Excel2016 was used for frequency statistics and analysis of patients’ general information,symptoms and drugs.SPSS26.0 was used for drug cluster analysis.Drug association rules were analyzed using SPSS Molder18.According to the analysis results,this paper summarized the law and academic experience of using classical prescription to treat rheumatoid arthritis.Results:1.Among the 72 cases of rheumatoid arthritis included,there were 48 female patients（67%）and 24 male patients（33%）,with a male/female ratio of 1:2.There were 19 patients aged 40-50（26.39%）and 25 patients aged 50-60（34.72%）.In 72 CASES of RA,common symptoms and tongue pulse related joint pain（15.59%）,greasy tongue（15.22%）,string pulse（8.39%）,redness tongue（7.57%）,morning stiffness（7.20%）,dark and red tongue（6.09%）,etc.2.Mr.Meng’s commonly used drugs include paeonia lactiflora（5.77%）,licorice（5.30%）,cassia twig（4.57%）,Chinese date（4.32%）,Radix Baicalensis（3.79%）,Angelica（3.07%）,ginger（3.07%）,Poria coia（2.90%）,Pinellia pinellia（2.87%）,Coix seed（2.82%）,etc.The commonly used drugs mainly include 25 dispelling wind and dampness drugs,24 heat-clearing drugs,18 relieving surface drugs,17 promoting blood circulation and removing stasis drugs,13 tonifying drugs,13 relieving phlegm and relieving cough and antiasthmatic drugs.The top five drugs in the use frequency of four qi were warm 1248 times,flat 726 times,mild cold 696 times,cold drugs 620 times,cool 267 times.The most medicinal tastes were sweet（1961 times）,bitter（1617 times）,spicy（1594 times）,light（436 times）and sour（411 times）.Most of them were spleen meridian1985,lung meridian 1905,liver meridian 1591,stomach meridian1530 and heart meridian 1106.3.Association rules and clustering of drugs were analyzed,21 core drugs such as Bupleurum,Scutellaria baicalensis,Codonopsis pilosula,cassia twigs and ginger were extracted,4 drug cluster combinations were excavated,drug pairs and drug cluster combinations were analyzed,and clinical experience of Teacher Meng was summarized.Conclusion:Professor Meng Biao is good at treating rheumatoid arthritis with classic prescription.On the basis of dispelling wind and dehumidification,strengthening good health and dispelling evil,he pays attention to the methods of harmonizing shaoyang,harmonizing yingwei,promoting blood circulation and removing stasis.The commonly used medicines include white peony,licorice,cassia twig,jujube,Scuqin,Angelica,ginger,poria coia,Pinellia pinellia,coix seed,etc.The medicinal property is mainly warm,the medicinal taste is mainly sweet,bitter and spicy,and the meridian of spleen,lung,liver and stomach is mainly.The commonly used prescriptions are small bupleurum decoction,guizhi decoction and Guizhi Tuckahoe pill.Based on the theory of "fang-zheng-human",the theory of jingfang constitution was applied to the diagnosis and treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.Middle-aged and elderly women are the most prone to rheumatoid arthritis.In the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis,on the basis of dispelling wind and dehumidification,strengthening good and dispelling evil,Mr.Meng pays attention to the methods of resolving shaoyang,harmonizing yingwei and promoting blood circulation and removing stasis.The commonly used prescriptions are Xiaochaihu Decoction,Guizhi Decoction and Guizhi Poria Bolus,and he is good at applying the theory of classic constitution to the diagnosis and treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.
