Clinical Observation On The Effect Of Yishen Wenyang Moxibustion Combined With Shenkang Injection In Treating Chronic Kidney Disease4-5

Objective: Byobserving the clinical efficacy of Yishen Wenyang Moxibu-stio ncombined with Shenkang Injection in the treatment of chr-onic kidney disease 4-5 and spleen-kidney yang deficiency withdamp t urbidity and blood stasis,so as to explore the newtradit-ional Chinese medicine intervention way for patients with chro-nic ki dney disease before entering the dialysis to delay the progress of the disease,improve the quality of life.Method: 1.Choosing 60 patients in Hubei Province Hospital of Nephro-logy ward hospital from January 2015 to February 2017 period.These patients are all diagnosed as the chronic kidney disease 4-5 with pleen-kidney yang deficiency with damp turbidity and blood stasis.They are randomly divided into control group(Basic treatment+Shenkang Injection)and treatment group(Basic treatmen-t+Shenkang Injection+Yishen Wenyang Moxibustion),with 30 patie-nts in each group.There is no significant difference in age,se-x,weight,primary disease and CKD’s stage between the two grou-ps(P>0.05).2.Treatment:Both groups are given the low salt and limited quality protein diet.Meanwhile,basic treatment are applied to improve anemia,control blood pressure,blood sugar,blood lipids,correct water and electrolyte disorders,prevent infection and improve other symptoms.The control group is treated with the ba-sic therapy and the Shenkang Injection for 15 days.60 mlthe She nkang Injection is diluted with 0.9% sodiumchloride injection one time every day.The treatment group is treated with the basi-c therapy,the Shenkang Injection and Yishen Wenyang Moxibustio-n which is acupoints for BL23,GV3,CV4,CV12,ST36 for each time 20 min,twice per day.3.The outcome measures:(1)Biochemical detection:Before and after the treatment,the serumcreatinine(Scr)、blood urea nitrogen(Bun)、endogenous c reatinine clearance rate(Ccr)、red blood cell count(RBC)、Albu m-in(Alb)and hemoglobin(Hb)are measured.(2)Changes of clinical symptom points of traditional chines-e medicine in two cases before and after treatment.(3)Observing the adverse reactions and the side effect.4.Statistical analysis:All the data is analyzed by medical statistics software SPSS 19.0.The experiment data is represente-d with(x±s),the comparison between the group of the data of normal distribution is tested by independent sample t test,the comparison inside the group of the data of normal distribution is tested by paired sample t test,the count data is tested by chi-square method,the data of non normal distribution is tested by rank sum test.If P<0.05 then it can be seen as having stati-stically difference.If P<0.01 then it has significant statistically difference.If P>0.05 then it has no statistically sign-ificance.Result: 1.Comparison of renal function(Scr、Bun、Ccr)between the tw-o groups:The scores of Scr,Bun in both groups are better than those before treatment(Except the control group Scr P<0.05,the rest are P<0.01).Ccr in the control group was not statisticall-y different,the treatment group Ccr improved(P<0.01).Compared with the control group,the improvement of Scr、Bun、Ccr in the treatment group is better than that in the control group(Scr、 Ccr P<0.05,Bun P<0.01).2.Comparison of the other biochemical indexes(RBC,Hb,Alb)between the two groups before and after treatment:RBC and Hb va-lues are improved in both groups before treatment(P<0.01),but there is no difference(P>0.05)in albumin.There is no differenc-e(P>0.05)in RBC,Hb and Alb between the two groups after treat-ment.3.Comparison of traditional Chinese medicine treatment effi-cacy between two groups before and after treatment:The symptom scores of the control group are partial improved compared with those before treatment(aversion to cold P>0.05,cold backache P<0.05,the rest are P<0.01).Treatment group are improved compa-red with those before treatment(P<0.01).The treatment group in the improvement of cold backache,week knees,mouth sticky,lum-bar cold pain,mouth sticky symptoms is better than the control group.The total score of TCM symptoms in the two groups was bet-ter than that in the control group.The efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment group is better than that in the control group(P<0.05).4.Comparison of the therapeutic effect of the two groups af-ter treatment:The treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.01).5.Patients of two groups during the treatment are observed no adverse reaction.Conclusion: Yishen Wenyang Moxibustion combined with Shenkang Injection can significantly improve the patients which are diagnosed as chronic kidney disease 4-5 and spleen-kidney yang deficiency wi-th damp turbidity and blood stasis in clinical symptoms、Scr、 Bun and other renal function indicators.The use of this combina-tion can also correct renal anemia,protect kidney’s function,delay the progress of chronic chronic kidney disease,improve th-e survival of patients.Yishen Wenyang Moxibustion gives a new way for thetreatment of chronic kidney disease and it is worth more indepth research and promotion as a new treatment method.
