| Purpose:Through the combination of qualitative and quantitative research of professional value survey of senior nurses of questionnaire.nursing satisfaction and occupation development status,to explore the advanced management mode based on the level of senior nurse occupation values,job satisfaction and influence of nursing occupation development,as the advanced management mode of high level effective incentive nurses based on years of work to fully mobilize the high power nurse,improve their self-efficacy,occupation values,nursing job satisfaction,making the best use of the ability in clinical work and provide a theoretical basis.Method:Researchers in December 2015 selected general hospitals in some three grade Changsha into standard 100 senior nurses(40 years or over 20 years of nursing age,head nurse and above title)as the research object,the research of qualitative and quantitative combination,including senior nurse general information questionnaire.Senior nurses professional values questionnaire,questionnaire development occupation,nursing job satisfaction questionnaire for senior nurses professional values,to investigate the current status of development of occupation and nursing work satisfaction.The implementation of domestic advanced level nurse management mode after a year,with years of professional nurses high price again The value reflects the current situation of the development of occupation questionnaire,questionnaire,nursing job satisfaction questionnaire for senior nurses professional values,development status and satisfaction of nursing occupation were investigated,will use the data collected SPSS 19.0 statistical package for data entry and statistical analysis.Result:1.Senior nurses professional values questionnaire total score was 69.09 + 5.16,the observation and nursing ability score ability score>>guidance of supervision of professional skills and skills of clinical teaching ability score score>>>the nursing safety management ability score of doctor-patient communication ability score quality management ability score>>>the ability of health education professional knowledge score scientific research ability score(P<0.01).2.Senior nurse occupation status questionnaire score was 46.49 + 5.43,which if out of education will be helpful for our personal development projects have the highest score,the lowest score for units of the idea of the project.The current situation of the development of high occupation nurses in different age,education,existing title hire period,Department,position,nursing age,there are significant differences in the nature of employment terms(P<0.05).3.High qualification nurses nursing job satisfaction score was 72.34 + 9.47,the management of salary satisfaction score of satisfaction score>>>promotion colleagues satisfaction scores satisfaction scores>social recognition satisfaction scores(P<0.01).The high qualification nurses job satisfaction in different age,degree,night shift,existing title Department hire period that position,there are significant differences among family support(P<0.05).4.Based on the implementation of advanced energy management mode,high qualification nurses professional values questionnaire survey found that senior nurses professional values reflect whether each item score or scores are significantly increased,significant difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.Based on the implementation of advanced level management mode,found high qualification nurse occupation status questionnaire score questionnaire
