| BackgroundAs one of the most common malignant tumors in women,breast cancer is not only high fatality rate and in C hina’s rapidly expanding at an annual rate of 3% to 4%,become a major threat to women’s health.In today’s biology-psychology-social medical model background,simply in order to improve the survival rate for target,already cannot satisfy the actual needs of the patients with breast cancer,the urgent pursuit of life quality become the primary problem of patients with postoperative life.For nursing staff,how to dig postoperatively in patients with breast cancer by using the method of psychological intervention of positive psychological level,improve the quality of life of patients with postoperative,become a new topic.ObjectiveTo investigate the psychological resilience of breast cancer patients after surgery and analyze the related factors that affect the quality of life of patients after breast cancer surgery.To explore the effect of collective intervention on psychological resilience and quality of life of patients with breast cancer.MethodsFrom Nov 2015 ~ Jun 2016,Pingdingshan city from four hospitals in the evaluation of acute breast cancer patients as the research object to carry on the questionnaire survey,the status quo of postoperative breast cancer patients to understand the mental toughness,and analyze the related factors of quality of life.Using the general information questionnaire,Connor-Davidsion Resilience Scale,quality of life scale for cancer patients psychological status before and after the intervention evaluation of patients and quality of life.O n the basis of questionnaire survey,using case-control design,draw four most breast cancer patients in our hospital in the hospital at a hospital,80 cases with into the object of study,intervention is complete the object of study for 74 cases,control group 36 cases of intervention group 38 cases.The control group,routine nursing intervention group on the basis of collective intervention.The double input data and survey data the experiment using SPSS17.0 software package,SPSS17.0 software was used for statistical analysis.The statistical methods are descriptive statistics analysis,t test,single factor and multiple linear Regression analysis.Results1.Postoperative breast cancer patients mental toughness average score(56.37±12.64),higher than the national norm.The average score of each dimension were as follows:(28.37±5.19)tough;self-reliance(18.29±4.11);optimistic(9.71±2.54).The life quality of the average score was(70.35±14.29).The average score of its various dimensions are: physiological status(20.94±2.27);social and family status(18.14± 3.21);emotional status(14.22±3.07);functional status(17.05±3.19).2.Mental toughness and the quality of life,society,fa mily status dimension was significantly positive correlation(r = 0.180,0.180,P< 0.05);Tenacity dimension and life quality,physical condition,function was significantly positive correlation(r = 0.184,0.235,0.184,P< 0.05);Self-improvement dimension and social family situation is obviously positive correlation(r = 0.194,P < 0.05).The degree of culture,the way of payment,the psychological resilience of the three variables into the breast cancer patients with the quality of life of the regression equation,combined with 24.1% of the variance in the life quality.3.Patients in the intervention group before the intervention of mental toughness average score(59.16±13.27),the quality of life of the average score was(70.48±10.87),patients in the co ntrol group before the intervention of mental toughness average score(57.62±14.06),the quality of life of the average score was(71.15±12.92)before the intervention.The intervention group and control group in mental toughness,no statistically significant differences between the scores of quality of life.After the intervention group,intervention group patients with mental toughness average score(68.38±15.68),the life quality of the average score was(78.96±12.41),the control group of patients with mental toughness average score(60.31±14.55),the quality of life of the average score was(73.02±11.93).With the control group,the intervention group of patients with psychological resilience score,quality of life score increased significantly,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusions1.The psychological resilience and quality of life of patients with breast cancer after surgery was positively related to the quality of life.The main factors affecting the quality of life of the patients were education,edical expenses,mental toughness.2.On the basis of conventional care,the collective intervention can improve the psychological resilience of breast cancer patients after surgery,and improve the quality of life of patients. |
